I had ordered two strawberry shakes one medium one large with extra strawberries and a Coney Dog or whatever that is when I got the strawberry shakes there was not extra strawberry there was barely any whipped cream and then I went back and asked for a extra strawberry scoop and my dumbness I gave them the cup and when I got my cup back it was very watery and watered down like they might have just put water or soapy dish water in it I didn't even drink it after that so that was five bucks gone to waste it was disgusting and the person who I asked for extra strawberries gave me an attitude so I do not recommend going here

This is the best customer service I've ever received. We were greeted through the drive through and Andrew introduced himself. He was kind and patient and even gave us some personal suggestions. Our food came out great. I don't know what they pay him, but Andrew deserves a raise!!!

Ordered online and tried to get my discount today I misspelled it, and they refused to give me the $1.29 dog.I will never return to this place after coming here for years!! I will call corporate as wellTHEY WERE SO RUDE, especially the manger on 11/8/23

We placed an order and happened to check it before we left. We found that we were missing almost all our sauces and 3 pretzels with cheese. We drive back around and they told us, "oh, we are out of pretzels, we ran out earlier today." They didn't mention that to us when they handed us our order, just said, "here is your order." They didn't bother to replace the food that was missing or give us any sort of solution until we drove back through the drive thru and let them know we were missing food. It wasn't until they were called out, that they let us know that they had been out of the pretzels. It was poor communication to not let us know we were missing a portion of our order and just let us drive away believing we had our full order. I understand that things happen that are out of your control, but they should have let us know when we picked up the order to begin with.

Got to the restaurant around 1045, along with 2 other cars. All signs and online show they close at 11. Employees were standing inside, lights on, headset on, everything appeared to be open. We pull up to the ordering station and after 2 minutes, no reply. We decide to slowly pull around with the lights all the sudden off and employees cleaning. No one even acknowledged me as I sat at the window. If you close at 11, close at 11, not be out of the by 11. If you want to close at 1030, change your signage. This is not the first time I've experienced this with this sonic and I will not be back. If employees can close whenever they want, I'll just assume they're closed next time I want a drink

Unfortunately I have to give at least one star but if I could I'd give zero there was a teenager working the window tonight and she had space buns in her hair and nose ring a bad attitude and her nails were long and painted sorry but last I knew long painted nails were unsanitary and dad is technically a violation of food safety standards. Next her bad attitude just because I'm not smiling and laughing and happy and cheerful with you does not mean that I am in a bad mood it just means that I don't care tonight so the fact that you called me a cont and told me that maybe a better attitude would get me further in life sorry but I'm twice your age I have the experience necessary to have my bad attitude however do not have the experience to be able to give me the attitude you were giving me tonight so please check your employees

I don't mind that this Sonic and most fast food restaurants are totally Hispanic. Hard Workers. The issue is putting someone on the intercom that does not understand English. Every item I tried to order, she did not understand. I gave up. This was at the noon hour. Hope you all get luckier.

We went here just to get two lemon berry slush route 44s and a route 44 ice water. The people here were so disrespectful when we ordered and when they didn't give us our water we asked for it again. The little girl that was working there was throwing attitude rolling her eyes every chance she could. She then snatched the card out of my hand, swiped it and said it was declined so we gave her the correct card. She proceeded to be rude so we asked for a manager and she replied, "with my managers gonna tell you to get on so get on," and slammed the window in our faces. I have never dealt with such a disrespectful person and the last manager we saw there was actually super chill and kind to us.
