I came to pick up an online order and was immediately put off by what I witnessed. A young female employee was standing in the doorway talking with two other women. They were eating something with Bonnet Butter, and I saw the employee lick her fingers before heading back inside to continue working, without washing her hands. She was clearly visible near the window by the pickup area, which made this even more concerning.

To make matters worse, the two other women who were not in uniform, moved their car and entered the building through an employee entrance. This behavior was unprofessional and raises serious concerns about food safety and hygiene practices at this location. I won’t be returning. Honestly, I’ve seen better sanitary standards at locations with far fewer resources.

Ordered 3 shakes after 5pm I only received 1 shake called the store she said that was 1 shake for $25 NEVER DO DOOR DASH AGAIN!!!!! Don't bother coming here no wonder chain restaurants are going under!! Pls go to a restaurant that is not corporate!

Not the sonic you are looking for. I live close by and order from time to time. I keep hoping it will get better, but it doesn’t. The sonic by the flat irons mall is much better example. This sonic serves barely luke warm burgers and runs a skeleton crew. I feel bad for the workers. Three stars for service because the ones who show up are doing the best they can, but the only thing that isn’t a disappointment is a plain vanilla cone. Management and ownership needs to step up their game and actually work a few shifts instead of abandoning their crew. No employee expressed that opinion. As a former food service worker, I can read the room.

We were told we couldn’t have an extra marinara, only one per order. We said we’d pay for extra.

Pulled up to a stall, nobody answered after 5 mins of hitting button. Only car in the lot! Went to drive thru and waited probably 15 mins for food. Food came and my limeade is just a sprite with some grenadine, forgot the sauce for both mozzarella sticks and ketchup for onion rings, and they are all over cooked. It’s pretty funny how bad they can mess up with 1 car at the restaurant.

Pulled up to get food, pressed button got no response for 15 minutes, pressed button again got an annoyed response of "be with you in a minute" waited 15 more minutes. Left. Worst sonic service I've ever had.

Since pandemic they have struggled with friendly staff. The older folks that work there seem to be angry all the time. Life is too short to be on a job you hate
