Not the sonic you are looking for. I live close by and order from time to time. I keep hoping it will get better, but it doesn’t. The sonic by the flat irons mall is much better example. This sonic serves barely luke warm burgers and runs a skeleton crew. I feel bad for the workers. Three stars for service because the ones who show up are doing the best they can, but the only thing that isn’t a disappointment is a plain vanilla cone. Management and ownership needs to step up their game and actually work a few shifts instead of abandoning their crew. No employee expressed that opinion. As a former food service worker, I can read the room.

Pulled up to a stall, nobody answered after 5 mins of hitting button. Only car in the lot! Went to drive thru and waited probably 15 mins for food. Food came and my limeade is just a sprite with some grenadine, forgot the sauce for both mozzarella sticks and ketchup for onion rings, and they are all over cooked. It’s pretty funny how bad they can mess up with 1 car at the restaurant.

I ordered a chicken sandwich combo. When I got home there was only tots in the bag. No sandwich. Not to mention a $2 tip.... so silly.

We visited on a Friday at 730pm. 4 cars in the drive thru who had ordered. NO ONE else in any stalls or the drive thru. We parked in a stall and pushed the button, and with no acknowledgement were put on hold. We pushed the button 2 more times in the next 10 minutes that we waited, same non response, while 4 or 5 more cars went through the drive thru. Needless to say, we left. Service at this location definitely proves why they are never busy. The last 2 times we came by, I was given the wrong food item. I ordered the same thing both times, and was given the sane wrong thing both times. Bot sure why I keep going back, other than convenience and hoping they get better.
Thought we would give this another try! Waiting for 20 minutes. Neither order was even close to what I ordered! Horrible place!!!!

This location says they have improved but unfortunately i am not seeing it. They weren’t busy and it took quite awhile for them to take my order and also to deliver my order. I had to correct my order multiple times. Then upon receiving it, it looks like this. They can obviously see that the coney isn’t fully dressed before they bag it. And the tots were sitting in a puddle of grease.

Tiard of picking up food here and not getting what I ordered. Paid 27.12 for two burgers fries and drinks got home and had 2 single burgers instead of 1 double and 1 single. Need to get their crap together.

They close earlier than their time. I went at 9:30 and had been waiting forever in the drive thru till someone said “have a good night” through the microphone I was confused so I pulled forward then there was just a girl standing there and when she saw my car she hid.. wow.
