Loved the loco moco. I’m not even in college cause I dropped out but will definitely be back here for the kimchi soup.
Prices are very good too.

One of the best places to get your lunch on campus. I can't speak to its authenticity, but the flavor of the sushi rolls on menu are delicious. I'm a particular fan of their dragon roll or is it spider roll? The one with the crab on top and the spicy Mayo.
The pricing isn't bad, especially for sushi and especially for downtown. And they offer pre-made boxes in case you're in a rush which I usually am.
Their drinks aren't bad, but there are better options within the Tivoli I'm sure you're aware.
Vegetarian options: The menu is mostly made up of sushi. I'm not sure if there are any vegetarian options. However, I know that some vegetarians do make an exception for certain Crustaceans and mollusks due to their low intelligence/ complexity of life
Dietary restrictions: Don't eat here if you're allergic to crab, I'm sure they're following the safety guidelines but I wouldn't test it.
Parking: This business is located at the bottom of the Tivoli student Union. As a result, it has plenty of parking from the campus that surrounds it.
Kid-friendliness: The counter's a little high but I'm sure they'll be fine.
Wheelchair accessibility: I'll be honest, I don't understand this one. Best I can tell the Tivoli is wheelchair accessible as I've seen people in wheelchairs all around it. That being said, the amount of stairs I walk up and down just to turn in one bit of paperwork does make me wonder how they're getting around.

The tonkatsu was pretty underwhelming, I know it’s within the auraria campus so my expectations were not high and nor do I blame the staff.
The broth itself wasn’t as flavorful, or as opaque in color as I’ve experienced with most tonkatsu. Very one note, the pork itself was delicious and the garnishes were fresh which was delightful. Just would’ve have loved a richer flavor in the broth.

My #1 lunch spot while on Auraria Campus. Most meals consist of a bed of rice with some kind of meat and sauce over it, my personal favorite being the Spammy Eggs with Spicy Mayo. Food is delicious, but best part is most meals have a final cost of 6-8$ including tax. There are some more expensive options, but I never get them cause price and speed are the main draws in my opinion.

With prices on campus (and in Denver, in general) it’s nice to find spots that have good food for a reasonable price. $5 flat for great cheeseburgers, $1 to add bacon. AND all their prices includes tax. Definitely recommend checking out the snack shack side if you’ve only had their Asian food.
Food is okay. The lady that actually makes the bowls seems to have an attitude problem or something. I watched her put other customers food in bags with 1 item. I asked for a bag because i couldn't carry all my items and she gave me the bag to do it myself. Then smirked at the lady at the cash register about it. Won't waste money were all customers are not treated fairly and equally.

Their Pho stand is the best Pho I've found so far in Denver. I've hopped from place to place and this Pho is just amazing. If you're good with spice then order it as spicy AF and its well worth it.I also periodically get a dish called the Loco Moco at their other stand and it's a great, just make sure to grab a knife for the patty. The Sushi is never disappointing for a quick bite as well. When I'm not on Campus for long periods of time, like in the summer time, I dream of eating their Pho again.

These guys cover almost everything in THREE places in the Student Union, and you can't go wrong, Spam Musubi, Chicken Katsu, Poke Bowls, Noodles, Burgers and Fries, Nuggets, you name it! I can't describe a better place to have replaced Mark Pi, McDonald's, and Taco Bell. They've been above and beyond and always have a line. Would be lovely to see them gain a place downtown on the 16th Mall or something with more hours and weekend hours. Sometimes you just want it at a time they're closed. All around fantastic.

Healthy, filling, great tasting, and cheaper than groceries all in one! Also some of the most authentic broth. My go to spot during the school day. Go light on the spice. It actually is very very spicy

I ordered the Seoul Bowl with shrimp tempura and kimchi on the side. I paid just over $15 and it was plenty of food. Way too much for one sitting for me. Definitely will have leftovers. It was yummy and fresh. The service was kind and very quick.
Vegetarian options: Plenty of options for vegetarians. Tofu as the protein.
Parking: All lots around MSU/Tivoli charge for parking
Wheelchair accessibility: There is an elevator to reach them.

I've physically been to this location multiple times and have been left satisfied once. This most recent time, I called them, a nice but anxious sounding woman answered. I asked if I'd be able to order the spam musubi and she said I'd have to come in to order.Since they were open for orders I came in, asked for the spam musubi and 1 can of aloha and the same woman from the phone answered that they don't serve spam musubi on Fridays...Somehow the spammy eggs were available, but the same spam couldn't be put onto a rice mold for the musubi shape? They were not busy and no one was waiting at the time, so I had to frown a bit and wonder why didn't she tell me it wasn't available over the phone to save me a trip? This was the straw that broke the Camel's back for me. When they do decide to provide a good service it is fast and tasty, as I can say from 1 of 5 times trying to come to this place. If you're reading this, I hope your experience is better than mine!
