If you have a busy schedule and don’t have time to cook, I highly recommend getting their weekly prepared meals. Have helped me a ton. I’m always at the office and don’t have time to make any meals for myself. I’m also trying to eat healthy and clean and have been enjoying their meals so far.

I cannot praise Sparrow Kitchen chefs and staff enough about the experience we've had with them. My father wants to stay in his own home, and we were trying to share meals with him and supplement with packaged food from the grocery store. It was hard to keep up as all of us are busy and have families to feed as well. Dad grew tired of the frozen stuff, and we also didn't like all the chemicals and additives. Then, I found out about Sparrow Kitchen. The variety of delicious choices each week have been a game changer! Dad gets 2-3 meals out of every entrée and loves all the seafood and healthy sides. We feel the Sparrow food has contributed to the lowering of Dad's A1c, so he's no longer diabetic. Thank you, Sparrow!

We just started Sparrow Kitchen after becoming full time caregivers for our elderly father. Previously we did Hello Fresh and we just didn’t have enough the bandwidth for meal prep anymore. We’re getting fresh, delicious premade meals for not that much more than HF. I love that they have an option to reuse the delivery containers too! Very impressed and grateful for this company

Great concept, really poor value for the money. I was gifted some meals during the last surge of the pandemic, to ease my cooking burden (I work in healthcare). Sparrow messed up the delivery originally, but then corrected it a week later and delivered several meals. I was disappointed with the quality and value. Most were meals that are in my current meal rotation that I can easily make inexpensively in 30 minutes or less. I was really hoping for something more creative or different than I usually make. The quality of the ingredients was also fairly low end/inexpensive. For example - one meal delivered was linguine with meat sauce. The meat was low quality and the sauce was fairly generic. I could have EASILY prepared the same meal for a family of 4 with quality ingredients for less than $20. Several chicken dishes were also delivered and they were dry, over cooked, and basic (chicken breasts with a sauce poured over top). I also checked out the pricing for some of their other services - WOW!!! So so overpriced! $40 for elder care? A LICENSED RN with 10 years of experience barely makes that much! I should know - I hire them everyday. Sparrow has some great ideas/concepts, but unfortunately the execution and delivery is poor. If convenience is your only concern, then sparrow can fulfill. But if you’re looking for the full package (quality, value, convenience), keep looking!

Cooking and I don’t mix all that well. Sparrow Kitchen saves me from having to get out the frying pan! Each week there is a new menu to select from...and let me tell y’all EVERYTHING is fabulous! (Lasagna =😋) The friendly staff then delivers the food right to my door. Could you ask for anything easier???
