If you have a busy schedule and don’t have time to cook, I highly recommend getting their weekly prepared meals. Have helped me a ton. I’m always at the office and don’t have time to make any meals for myself. I’m also trying to eat healthy and clean and have been enjoying their meals so far.
I cannot praise Sparrow Kitchen chefs and staff enough about the experience we've had with them. My father wants to stay in his own home, and we were trying to share meals with him and supplement with packaged food from the grocery store. It was hard to keep up as all of us are busy and have families to feed as well. Dad grew tired of the frozen stuff, and we also didn't like all the chemicals and additives. I live far from my daughter who has two very young kids and a busy schedule. I couldn’t fly out to help her out. Sparrow kitchen is a god send🙏Extremely grateful for what they do. Tried their food for the first time and my daughter and family loved the food! Portion size is good too! Thank you so much!
