Friendly staff
Chicken was too crispy ( didn’t know I’d ever say that) outside but it was still juicy. Biggest gripe was all the tendons, leading me to river poor quality. Terrible consistency. You can find a better $20 chicken sandwich and fries.
Bison chopped cheese was better but still felt like poor quality for the price but that’s Denver baby!

This is a burger review. Went for lunch on a sunday. I got the oklahoma onion burger and the slug burger. I liked the slug burger. It had a crunch to it that i've never had on a burger. The onion burger was so so. It was fine but it was not authentic. I have eaten the burgers at the original locations in oklahoma. They prepare it differently by smashing the burher into the onions. Split lip just had a pile of wet onions on the bottom bun and they had no char on them. Im taking off 1 star for trying to pass this off as an oklahoma onion burger.

I tried 7 of the “best burgers” in town over 48 hours. This is THE best burger in Denver.Original review:Definitely one of the best in town.I’ve been looking to try more burgers in the area and this one came up on a few lists. The wife and I did both did the California Smash. Great delicious smash burger. Crispy burger, not over cooked though, melty cheese and a fantastic amount of pickles. If you get a burger without pickles here you’re gonna miss out, they are also there for the salt and absent from a burger will make it taste bland. You’ve been warned. The fries, tots and “beignets” were all great as well.

Wanted to love it here cause it’s a vibe space wise but unfortunately all the food was cold. Despite us being the only order the kitchen had at the moment. Oh well.

Wasn’t sure what this would be like but open to new experiences. Thought would try since on one of the best burger lists. Curly fries were good with the fry sauce. Got the double Mississippi burger. The sesame bun seemed under cooked, I was so excited about all the damn sesames and couldn’t even taste them. Zero seasoning on the burger itself and “too many pickles” is not a good description, barley enough.. so sad about not having an mmmm… experience.

The bison chopped cheese and brunch burger are both fantastic, I really hope they keep this food concept around.

Stopped by to try one of their sandwiches that sounded good on their website. They advertise also having pizza but a cardboard sign said that wasn’t available until 4 pm even though the pizza oven was on and fired up. Odd waste of energy for not offering pizza for a few hours. Decided on going for the guber burger with a request for no pickles. Got it with what must think is as the menu online says is too many pickles. The totes turned out to be fries with a seasoning salt heavy on the salt. The burger tasted fine but seemed light on sauce since it was not present in much of the burger. I will be back to try the other sandwiches or one of their limited brunch options. But I hope they will get my request right this time and I will ask for light seasoning on the “totes”.
