This is a burger review. Went for lunch on a sunday. I got the oklahoma onion burger and the slug burger. I liked the slug burger. It had a crunch to it that i've never had on a burger. The onion burger was so so. It was fine but it was not authentic. I have eaten the burgers at the original locations in oklahoma. They prepare it differently by smashing the burher into the onions. I tried 7 of the “best burgers” in town over 48 hours. Chicken was too crispy ( didn’t know I’d ever say that) outside but it was still juicy. Biggest gripe was all the tendons, leading me to river poor quality. Terrible consistency. You can find a better $20 chicken sandwich and fries.
Bison chopped cheese was better but still felt like poor quality for the price but that’s Denver baby!
