It's a good place to sit with a book or meet a friend. It's great that the coffee shop is open after 3pm, which is rare. Unfortunately, after drinking the coffee they serve, you may decide that you don't like coffee. My cappuccino was scalding and at the same time watery, the beans were very overroasted and bitter - it's not tasty. I regret that I took a large cup, which I couldn't even drink :(

I can't recommend this coffee shop. I've been to so many coffee shops around Denver and this one really disappointed me. My mocha wasn't event remotely hot. I asked for it be remade, and it came out overly chocolatey and still lukewarm. The atmosphere was also very chaotic, loud banging, shop vacuums, etc.

Whitney is a real treasure!
Took me 20 minutes to wait for a bagel that isn't even toasted on the INSIDE.... Should have walked 30 MINUTES to Under The Umbrella to get a croissant like I wanted but I was so hungry I walked here instead because it was closer. Now not only am I hangry, I wasted my time AND my money waiting on the dryest bland tasteless bagel I ever had in my life!!! Can't wait to get back to Florida so my hot Sicilian boyfriend can feed me bagels from JERSEY!!! Calling him about this right now. INACCEPTABLE!!! 100 YEARS DUNGEON!!!
Great coffee and a place I could definitely spend a good chunk of time in! I usually get their breakfast bagels and a seasonal coffee and I've never been disappointed.

Got a chai tea here in the morning and sat down to do work. Most of the tables were too small to do work at. The table I sat at wasn't ergonomic either. There were flies flying around me . There was also a generator running outside which made the whole place smell like gasoline. The generator was also incredibly loud.

Being myself at the food industry for over 10 years just shocked how low the customer service went this days . This place has a good reviews which is I am surprised how. I ordered latte , panini and croissant “to go “. Barista made coffee and croissant “dine in “which is not big deal but I specificly ordered to go becouse looking at the cleaness level of the dishes and the rags they wiped it you dont want to do “dine in “. Looks disquasting . The barista was counting change and use a card , touching her hair and then food . Ew . I asked them to wear a gloves -she did , thanks. But should I ask or its a kind of rule in the food places . Anyway done with unpleasent experience, eating my panini and then boom : it’s a hair INSIDE the croissant , backed with it . All she said it’s: sorry and gave me a cookie insted becouse they dont have anymore croissants . Absolute nonsense , like its a regular thing . Probably if they touching dirty hair and then food it is not a big suprpise for them . Just moved to this neighborhood but definately going to avoid that place . Tables looks like they have't been wiped sicnce 80s same as dishes.

The cold brew is watery and bland, the panini was almost entirely spinach. +1 star for ambiance.

Enjoy checking out local coffee spots and decided to stop and check St Marks out. Had a croissant and small latte and enjoyed it on their patio on this warmer than normal Fall day. Will be back.
