Great sandos and salads (the house vinaigrette is awesome). Stand in line order and take it with you, kind of place. There is some seating but with everyone waiting in line during the lunch hour it is a bit awkward. Don't let that stop you from eating here though. Great food and reasonable prices.

Marissa I believe is her name , she was a short red haired girl who was cutting the meat. First off she hasn’t wore gloves like everyone else, second off I went in the bathroom to rinse my eyes cuz I touched them on accident after touching the spicy sandwich . she came in there and banged on the door extremely loud and violently. I honestly wished I hadn’t even spent $13.05 here . When I asked she said “Me dude, you got a problem?” Well yes I do. I am a paying customer and have the right to use the restroom. A worker like her will ruin your business. I highly suggest the termination or discipline before she hurts y’all’s buisness.

I paid $14 for a sandwich and a bag of chips. They were available on the ordering app, but when I get there the lady behind the counter looked at me like a deer in headlights saying they didn't have the sandwich I wanted. She didn't give me any eye contact, didn't apologize for the inconvenience, and didn't offer another solution other than "you can order another sandwich if you want". This could have been solved if they had just CALLED ME or notified me before I walk to the shop. But they didnt. No one in the sore had any customer service skills. The first lady went over to her other coworker, they snickered behind the line for a bit, then she came over and asked what I wanted. I asked her to cancel my order, and she again looked like she wasn't sure what to do. It feels like the people working here don't know what they're doing or how to mitigate issues that come up. Staff needs more training. You're better off going to Yampa off Wazee & 16th.

I entered and went to the counter and got ignored when I said hello. Staff ignored me as I waited at the counter. They were having discussions with other staff from the building, security. They even looked at me and continued to ignore me after making eye contact. The other available staff not in a conversation immediately disappeared to the back or furthest from the counter.. The sandwich was basic, small, and the bread was okay.
Good food, poor customer service. And slow........like a sloth.

Really great sub. Got the 6 inch Turkey Bacon special and added avocado, basil pesto, ranch, avocado, and lettuce. Definitely a great toasted sub for sure.

The sandwich was not so great. The egg was very cold. Wasn’t heated up at all. Cheese and bacon are paper thin.I added a photo of a sub I had maybe a month ago. So much bread and little meat for an expensive sub. The meat tasted like it was out of a bag/low quality.I work in the same tower building and will never be back again.

Paid $2.00 extra for a “large sandwich,” which most sub shops would call “small/regular”… the taste was good but the bread was stale. I was one of three people in there and it took over 15 minutes for them to make the sandwiches. Compare my club sub pictures with the ones they have online representing their sandwiches… it’s a joke. Why is it so hard to find a decent sub shop in downtown Denver??
