Best place I've tried in Denver surrounding areas for authentic Chinese food and great selection and I've visited many. Good service and fresh seafood... they have live lobsters, prawns, and grouper that they prepare to order. Reasonable prices for the portion sizes. We brought our 11 month old daughter here for my birthday and they were very kind and accomodating to us. They only had one highchair (no seat belt but that's ok as long as, like us, you don't have a baby that can't sit still in public). I guess they don't have many families that bring babies. Not a bad thing at all, but it might be something to keep in mind if your party has multiple infants. I gave 4 stars because I grew up around this type of food, so although I give some grace for not being anywhere close to Hong Kong quality, it is also not as good as South Florida, New York, or San Francisco's Chinese Food. But as far as the best in this area, Star Kitchen gets the prize.

This place is always busy even on holidays but their food is good especially dimsum, desserts, buns, egg tart, etc.
Went in around 2:30 for dim sum, the food was good but we were not aware they close dim sum at 3pm. We wanted to order more but all of the staff were taking a lunch break. When we tried to order more they told us dim sum is closed at 3. So if you want dim sum come before 3.

Really good Chinese food. Seems like they know what they are doing and do it well. There is a nightclub next door that makes eating there slightly loud and unpleasant but honestly you forget about it once you start eating. Get there early there were sold out of a few items when we got there around 8

We got there around 3, just before they closed, so we only got one dim sum cart. The food was okay, nothing special, and they were definitely rushing us. Some of it was cold, but it was too late to do anything about it.
