Just moved into the neighborhood and had the sweetest welcome from the team at this Starbucks! Colin sparked the idea for a custom creation, and Joaquin brought it to life with serious artistry. The drink? A light ice caramel macchiato topped with banana cold foam, a caramel drizzle grid, and the most adorable brown sugar heart dusted right in the center. That little touch made my whole morning, it felt like a caffeinated hug!

I would give the customer at this Starbucks a zero stars if I can. Never experienced bad customer service at Starbucks. This makes me want to never purchase from a Starbucks again. I will never be purchasing from here again. I wish I would of got the guy's name, maybe Nora or something 😕.

They have the nicest baristas. Tonight I went in and this guy was doing the trash. I asked him to wash 🧼 his hands. 🙌 He wouldn’t. That’s just NASTY! 🤢 🤮

Most of the time, if it says they are open, they are fully shut down for the day. They can't seem to keep people there so they are understaffed and therefore constantly closed.

These folks have a very difficult clientele and location being at the Safeway on 20th, however, the workers are incredibly friendly and polite.
Came in for a sandwich and a drink, dude with the black curly hair was super impatient and rude with me when I asked about a sandwich and the drink tasted like dirt so I threw it away won't stop here again.

Noir Was my server and he has no customer skills whatsoever they really need to get him out of there. This is not a place to sit and enjoy I don't think he has any idea how to make coffee with a shot cause it didn't taste like my normal coffee with a shot from Starbucks.there's a lot of interesting people down here if you wanna go for entertainment value.

They were out of everything in the case and venti cups among drinks. Looked like manager was there doing inventory but I highly doubt it’ll be fixed because it seemed her and the employee “working” were more interested in gossiping than dealing with the rush they got at 3ish.
