Staff are so friendly! Within a few days of coming in they knew my order. My drink was perfect everytime.

I am a regular customer of Starbucks, and sometimes use twice a day. Today [05/06/2025] I stopped by in this location looking for food and hot drink. Unfortunately, I did not get the right food I want to eat; as a consequence, I prefer to order my hot lattè later and asked them to use a rest room first. Disgraceful, they did not allow me to use it unless I order something first. Even the so called store manager if so, also would not willing to give me a permission to use a rest room. Poor customer handling manner that will lead the business to down if they continue what they did for me. Even though, Starbucks and customers have mutual benefits, it pushes customers away instead of putting them to use more in Starbucks. To trust me, I showed her my transaction I used in Starbucks, but It is a disrespect she refused me.
I will save the money I spend everyday with them; do you!?

The baristas and cashiers at this Starbucks are lovely. The cashier today (love your sparkling eye shadow btw) showed me how to scan my Starbucks app so I could get points- I didn’t even remember that I still had the app!
The baristas always write “Winners drink Water” on my iced water, which makes me feel like, “yeah, thank you, I AM a winner today!” And today they drew little clovers on my iced latte, for St Paddy’s this week, maybe?

I order here just about weekly, some days two days in a row like this week, but I will take a break due to the lack of accountability. I paid over $11 on this drink which included extra shots of caffeine, only to have so much missing from the cup because they put space for the whipped cream and remaining items, but forgot to put them. I don’t mind spending more for good quality, but the bar has been low, and the rating dropping from 4.8 stars to 4.3 stars shows I’m not alone.

I go to this Starbucks on my way to work almost every day. Every morning there’s 3-4 employees working and only 1 making drinks. The other 2-3 stand around looking for something to do. This morning 3 of them were standing around together, one was making breakfast and eating it in front of customers, the other was standing around on the phone and the third was standing by the other two doing nothing. One person was making drinks as a group of people started to form waiting for their drinks. None of the other employees changed anything they were doing. I watched a lady wait for 3 minutes for one of the lazy 3 to take her order. Go to any other Starbucks but this one.
One of the few Starbucks in the downtown area that still has seats.
