This is one of the worst Starbucks, if no THE WORST, I have visited. After they reopened following the quarantine, this place was suggesting that customers use the mobile app for no-contact service. I hate consumer apps and prefer to pay cash, but I downloaded it to try to be as cooperative as possible. Early yesterday morning, I ordered a coffee on the app, drank it outside at a table, went back in for a refill a few minute later, and had the barista berated me. She told me that refills aren't allowed on orders with the mobile app. That's a lie, and I suppose she thought I was a homeless person or something. Cool. I made my corporate complaint and would have left it at that, but 36 hours later, and the store manager couldn't even be bothered to call and explain why it happened. Not only is the customer service lacking here, so is the store management. They had a chance to make it right, and they didn't even try.

A good Starbucks in a Safeway. Small but fine for a coffee and some work.

Went there today and one of the few tables was filled with homeless guys. They bring their own food and drink in. Won't be going back any time soon.
