A employee (a older women with glasses) pestered me about if I had bought anything because she hadn’t been around when I had purchased something.this interaction made me feel very uncomfortable and then she continue to usher me out the store thinking I was loitering while charging my phone the I only reason I’m not leaving a 1 star is because I enjoyed the pastry.
I paid for a coffee and can’t use the restroom?!? Ridiculous location and workers are incompetent and rude!Never returning to Starbucks coffee was watery threw it away!

Food is dry and bland like it's been sitting out for 3 days. Everyone who works there has a snooty attitude and they don't even know how to make a cup of coffee even after being given clear instructions. Probably the worst Starbucks in the downtown area.

As much atmosphere and ambience as a 1980s Soviet Eastern bloc prison. No chairs or tables, why even have a store? Turn it into a drive thru which is what it is.

Staff was friendly and quick with the order. Just be advised it’s a downtown location and there’s almost no seating inside, probably to prevent homeless people from sticking around.
