The employee working was nice but after I bought a coffee I I was told they have no seating and no restrooms and they don't have a drive-thru so what's the point of this store being there at all? She said they took the seats out for covid, well that was almost 5 years ago. Not a very welcoming place.

Tried to grab a matcha here just now, needed to rinse my tumbler out. No restroom and they couldnt rinse my tumbler out for me. I couldnt have felt more unwelcome. I walked in and there was 4 or 5 employees just hanging out talking. Doing nothing. They just stared at me like why did you come in here. They directed me to all the other starbucks in the area which are too far to walk to. Garbage people and garbage business.

They close for "weather" if it drops below 32 degrees. This is F'ing Colorado, what are we doing!?!? Seems to line up nicely with the first snowboard/ski day of the season. Nice to see management has terrible awareness.

Customers not allowed to use bathroom. All seating removed. No place to sit and enjoy your coffee. Outside seating chained makes them not useable.

Me and my 7-year-old son were customers here. After we had our drinks, they said they don’t have a restroom. They didn’t even make an exception for my son. No sign is posted on the entrance door and nothing was told in advance. Weird. Never met such an awful service in Starbucks before. How did they get a license at least?!
