9/19/25 Would rank 0 stars if I could I’m sorry but this Starbucks is insanely bad. I never write negative reviews, never am a Karen. I’ve been to plenty of Starbucks in King Soopers/ Kroger/ Target there’s genuinely no excuse. As a barista myself and 10 years in the service industry I get it…. Some days suck and people suck too but every single employee here is genuinely so rude, refuses so many customizations, gets attitude over literally just coming to order. They want to just get paid for hanging out and be left alone genuinely. Plenty of times I’ve come here and it’s “opened” but no one shows up to work, their oven is “broke” constantly, they close things hours before closing time, they constantly blatantly make orders wrong and ignore customizations. People have serious diet restrictions and genuinely like Starbucks,.. there’s just no excuse why this location should seriously be this horrible and hire this horrible of staff. Absolutely insane. Just close it at this point KS is wasting money paying these people.

OVEN DOESN'T WORK. STARBUCKS DOES NOT WANT YOUR MONEY. FIX THE OVEN SO WE CAN GIVE STARBUCKS MONEY.

Ordered my drink online and didn't realize it was inside the store. It took a minute for the staff to recognize I was there for my order. Unfortunately, they didn't provide any straws.

What can I say, it's a Starbucks. The same as all other Starbucks.

I tried to order an iced matcha late with 3 pumps of brown sugar syrup and 2 espresso shots added to it. The older man taking my order ended up getting really sassy because I wasn’t sure how many pumps of syrup in total that would be. I tried to explain further he just got more upset and started mocking me and my hand gestures. It was really weird and his vibe was bad for no reason. I didn’t end up getting my drink.

Even though she was the only person tending to the counter and making drinks, Miss Alyssa was the most pleasant barista and deserves a shout out for keeping a cool head and crushing the long line. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Quick service and awesome employees today.I went in this morning after breaking my French press to buy a new one and grab a latte since I'm there. My hand had a cut on it and when Alyssa, the barista, noticed it. She asked if I was okay. After explaining my situation that I was grabbing a French press, then getting a first aid kit, she insisted on giving me a bandaid and doctoring me up as well. Never have I experienced this level of servitude, not even a hospital. I couldn't be more grateful for Alyssa. She undoubtedly deserves some recognition for this level of service.Thank you Alyssa!!!

This place made our CO trip possible. All the late nights muchin’ and drinking were possible by the caffeine across the street. Thanks team. You guys rock. Idk dudes name. But he looks like a movie star. We’ll call him Hollywood. Saw him one night right before close and early the next morning. Keep that guy around and/or promote him. Hella dope y’all are right next to the donuts. Hell yeah brother.

Stephen is amazing. If he’s working, you’ll have a wonderful time here. If he’s not, don’t bother. No other staff seem to have any idea how to even make the drinks on the menu. I ordered an iced passion tango tea - this beverage is literally just brewed herbal tea they have in a pitcher that they add ice to and give you. Beyond easy. At first they made me something completely different, I think it was a green tea lemonade with berries in it, no idea why or how I ended up with that. I told them that was the wrong drink, I had to show her on the app what I ordered AND explained I am diabetic and cannot have any sugar, looking at the picture she said “oh, you meant you wanted this” and I’m thinking (but not saying because I’m trying to stay polite and be understanding) “I didn’t *mean* anything, I ordered on the app and I ordered this specific drink.” I was then told they didn’t have any of the drink I wanted. I asked what they had that was sugar free. I was told “well we have this tea brewed, do you want to try it?” The tea they gave me a sample of was the passion tango tea I had ordered. How did they not even know what it was??? I said yes, that’s the tea I already ordered. They made it for me in a size too small but I was so done with the conversation I didn’t care and left with my drink. Only to discover once I was home that it was the iced passion tango tea LEMONADE. After I had specifically told them I was diabetic and wanted no sugar. Beyond ridiculous that the staff (aside from the amazing Stephen) don’t even know what their products are, don’t know how to make the most basic of their beverage products, and can’t even listen to someone who tells them three times they can’t have sugar in their beverage.

Worker decides she wants to clean and organize everything while just staring at the rapidly increasing line. Extremely frustrating
