Even though she was the only person tending to the counter and making drinks, Miss Alyssa was the most pleasant barista and deserves a shout out for keeping a cool head and crushing the long line. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Quick service and awesome employees today.I went in this morning after breaking my French press to buy a new one and grab a latte since I'm there.My hand had a cut on it and when Alyssa,the barista, noticed it. She asked if I was okay. After explaining my situation that I was grabbing a French press, then getting a first aid kit, she insisted on giving me a bandaid and doctoring me up as well. Never have I experienced this level of servitude, not even a hospital. I couldn't be more grateful for Alyssa. She undoubtedly deserves some recognition for this level of service.Thank you Alyssa!!!

This place made our CO trip possible. All the late nights muchin’ and drinking were possible by the caffeine across the street. Thanks team. You guys rock. Idk dudes name. But he looks like a movie star. We’ll call him Hollywood. Saw him one night right before close and early the next morning. Keep that guy around and/or promote him. Hella dope y’all are right next to the donuts. Hell yeah brother.

I hate giving bad reviews! But sadly here we are. We were staying at the HIlton Garden Inn and I asked one morning where I could get a quick espresso. Of course they told me across the street in the King Sooper (local grocery store). So off I went! When I got there the desk girl was yawning so cracked a joke about "no yawns here! (ok, I think I am funny anyway). The girl whatevered me. Whatever. I ordered and she was nasty through the process. I asked to add a couple sausage muffins to the order and it made her mad?! Like it was too much effort?Stabucks is consistent in their blends and tastes. That will never change. But I would not go there to start your day because the people there are extrmely unhappy and work to ruin anyone's good mood.

Stephen is amazing. If he’s working, you’ll have a wonderful time here. If he’s not, don’t bother. No other staff seem to have any idea how to even make the drinks on the menu. I ordered an iced passion tango tea - this beverage is literally just brewed herbal tea they have in a pitcher that they add ice to and give you. Beyond easy. At first they made me something completely different, I think it was a green tea lemonade with berries in it, no idea why or how I ended up with that. I told them that was the wrong drink, I had to show her on the app what I ordered AND explained I am diabetic and cannot have any sugar, looking at the picture she said “oh, you meant you wanted this” and I’m thinking (but not saying because I’m trying to stay polite and be understanding) “I didn’t *mean* anything, I ordered on the app and I ordered this specific drink.” I was then told they didn’t have any of the drink I wanted. I asked what they had that was sugar free. I was told “well we have this tea brewed, do you want to try it?” The tea they gave me a sample of was the passion tango tea I had ordered. How did they not even know what it was??? I said yes, that’s the tea I already ordered. They made it for me in a size too small but I was so done with the conversation I didn’t care and left with my drink. Only to discover once I was home that it was the iced passion tango tea LEMONADE. After I had specifically told them I was diabetic and wanted no sugar. Beyond ridiculous that the staff (aside from the amazing Stephen) don’t even know what their products are, don’t know how to make the most basic of their beverage products, and can’t even listen to someone who tells them three times they can’t have sugar in their beverage.

Completed a mobile order for yesterday at 7 am. We arrived at store and it was closed - staff didn't show to open store. Was told we would get a refund and to come back. Arrived today and was told no one knew what we were talking about and no refund given. Fortunately, Starbucks chat was available and provided resolution. If this happened to you yesterday 7/18/23 contact Starbucks directly.Eunice at Starbucks chat gets a 10 for customer service!

So I went in and ordered my drink and It was wrong and I said something and they got mad! Cashier was not paying attention at all, I asked them to just add cold foam and she made me pay $1 and stand in line all over again just for a $1. After the drink was made! They took it from me threw it away. The cashier Jiyana started arguing with me saying I did not ask her for it when I did! They also messed up my friend's order as well but my friend didn't say anything because she didn't want to stand in line again as well Awful awful costumer service! These ladies need to be fired the way they argue with the customer! I will never be back to this location sadly to say I live right across the street! Also want to add anytime Starbucks has messed up my order they make it again and don't charge me!!! Crazy

The guys working today are just standing around. The curly haired white guy with glasses was rude with an attitude and texting while taking my order, then he slams the receipt into my hand. Then the black guy is soo slow and he just talks and talks then doesn't announce that the order is ready. When I asked if what was on the counter was my drink he responded "obviously".I have never been to a starbucks where people act like they work at Mcdonalds. Screw this location. I am paying their minimum wage by being a customer, but not like this. This is a sad excuse for a starbucks.

They literally close like 20 minutes early. If that's the case then just update the hours and close at 7:30 pm instead of 8 pm.
