Poorly trained employees. They gave me a double shot coffee (Doppio expresso) on the largest cup. I requested to change the cup and gave me one without a lid. Sugar was out and asked to provide me a couple of brown sugar seemed confused and eventually walked out trashing the coffee into the trash bin. The worst thing is I tipped them before I even know how to get served. Very disappointing to get such service at Starbucks.

Was dropping someone off in that shopping Center last Sunday 7/13/2025. It was super hot just came from the park. My water in the car was hot so I said hey there goes Starbucks I order from there all the time I'm sure they'll give me a cup of ice. Pulled up to the drive thru and asked for a cup of ice. The cashier says just that? I can't give it to you if you're not ordering anything. I have been ordering from Starbucks for at least 15 years almost everyday. And I couldn't get a cup of ice? Because I was so dehydrated and needed ice water I ordered a açaí just to get the ice and through the drive-thru
