Not sure who makes these coffees in the morning but they are tasteless. I live in the apartment complex across the way so this place is convenient for me. However I dread spending 7+ dollars for a coffee that taste like water and milk. They need to do a training with the employees on how to make their coffee products properly.

The stores posted hours are 4:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., but they closed the lobby at 5:00 p.m.. why have store hours if you don't go along with what they are? What kind of bullshit is this? You don't want to be bothered with customers, then customers shouldn't come here anymore.

This is a window order only Starbucks. It is not listed that way on Google. I had no idea how to get to the service window, including the drive-thru. Lousy experience overall.

I frequent this location and it’s a 50/50 on whether or not the order is correct. The interior is in disrepair, the music is playing unpleasantly through a broken speaker, and there’s always some unfriendly homeless people hanging out. Stick to the drive through and always double check your order before leaving.

Well, that was an interesting and somewhat disappointing experience. It took me 15 mins to get one drink because they had friends visiting wh8le checking out at the register so I had no problem waiting for a little longer conversation then. However, after I checked out, there were multiple people behind the counter talking, laughing, stocking, but oddly only one person making drinks. I watched her make the employees beverage who was clocking out before she made mine. I had been standing by the pick up area for two songs before she even started making it. I was the only paying customer waiting for a drink...

Sb's coffee is over roasted and bitter. Way too many sugar drinks for ants to line up and consume, Sizes are small, medium, large and we don't need new words for that... don't ignore that the corporate structure takes away from small business coffee shops that do better in SO many ways
Prodigy coffee is right across the street, support local and get better tasting coffee in the process

Update* came thru again to use the gift card they gave me and it again tasted like water….did they change their cold brew and I’m not aware? This is just crazy. I come in for the same thing every time and just want consistency. The other location still taste fine so I’m not sure what is going on.
I spend more mo why at this particular location than I’m proud of but my coffee drinks are never consistent. This morning was the worst because not only did my pumpkin cream cold brew not have any pumps (even tho I paid for extra) and the coffee literally tasted like water. I called to let them know and was told I could come back for a remake but I was already on the highway. Why is every single drink inconsistent when there is literally an ingredient list for every drink? I just want my coffee right at 6am. Maybe Starbucks can make this right but I doubt it.
