I was not greeted when i walked in the door however I seen everyone that was not of color get greeted with a smile. Thank you Daniel for being the only one willing to help! The staff looked just blah no happy energy at all get it together starbucks im going back to dutch bros

Tried a raspberry refresher, it was outstanding! Service was fine, but could announce names louder, was sitting by the counter and still didn't hear it. Nice, quiet location, good for a little laptop work

Was dropping someone off in that shopping Center last Sunday 7/13/2025. It was super hot just came from the park. My water in the car was hot so I said hey there goes Starbucks I order from there all the time I'm sure they'll give me a cup of ice. Pulled up to the drive thru and asked for a cup of ice. The cashier says just that? I can't give it to you if you're not ordering anything. I have been ordering from Starbucks for at least 15 years almost everyday. And I couldn't get a cup of ice? Because I was so dehydrated and needed ice water I ordered a açaí just to get the ice and through the drive-thru

I recently visited your store and ordered a matcha with extra strawberry foam, which I paid for. However, the drink I received clearly did not have the extra foam as expected. On top of that, the staff didn’t even greet or acknowledge me as a customer.

This was a very disappointing experience, and I want you to know I will not be returning to this location again. I expect better quality and customer service, especially when I’m paying extra.

I was in the drive thru and waited 20 minutes
When I finally got to the window, they didn't know what I had already ordered and wouldn't offer any kind of discount at all! Just turned out to be horrible service!

Great service from Roberto. Very polite and wasn’t rushed! Management just powerwash the drive through wall and it’ll be flawless. Kind of expected for a wall that faces the highway, but still wanted to note that. Thanks Roberto!

Went there today ordered a ham and cheese bagel sandwich got a croissant instead and half of my drink was foam (just from the drink I didn’t order foam). It also felt rushed. Which I get being busy but it sucks getting the wrong thing and paying for a drink and hardly getting any of it.

Edit: came back after a year. wait times are down to 5-10 , but they're out of a lot of stuff.

Edit: I came back. Same story. Turns out, I'm a slow learner for continuing to try this location.

Not sure who makes these coffees in the morning but they are tasteless. I live in the apartment complex across the way so this place is convenient for me. However I dread spending 7+ dollars for a coffee that taste like water and milk. They need to do a training with the employees on how to make their coffee products properly.
