It's a standard starbucks small store experience
Horrible service , from Joe ( female) . I asked for a refill on my iced coffee. She looked at my sticker to make sure it was what I ordered . When she was the one that had taken my order 🫤 Then she looked in her computer & said her policy recently changed . I said what changed , there's no refills on iced coffee any longer? She said you have to be using a glass cup to get refills . Ok. But you put in in a plastic cup without asking me . I didn't get an option when ordering . Learn your job & train your employees!!!! I had to laugh 😂 because why are you going back & forth with me on Easter ! Just give the customer a refill & state the policy changed for next time !
My daughter (12) asked for a cup of water and they said they can't give her a cup of water but the alternatives was to buy a water bottle for $3, I never knew of a place that refuses to give tap water to their customers, like where are we?! What has become of this world, SMH it's water not gold
Friendly people.
Good place for a quick bite
This used to be my favorite Starbucks, but recently the vibes have changed.
Quick, friendly, consistent.
I stopped by and the lady that took my order was super rude she didnt feeling welcoming at all she just said “what can I get you “ not even a welcome in or anything . Will not be going back !!
So apparently Starbucks has revised their policy regarding a purchase. My wife and I met up with an investor regarding the purchase of her recently deceased mother's house. We had literally just introduced ourselves and sat down when we were immediately told we can't sit here unless we buy something. The investor asked for a Latte that just to put it out there, he did not drink. We then started our meeting in which we were again interrupted although we ordered we could not continue the meeting until he paid for it... this was completely unacceptable and completely inconsiderate and rude.!!! I will not be back to a Starbucks again because of this.... but to mention Dutch Brothers is better!
Was closed the door in my face and told due to staffing issues I can’t go in the store. While there literally people inside. Horrible customer service.

The costumer service at this location it’s the worst the girl taking my order was rude and inpatient maybe she’s not in the right job don’t like people don’t work at customer service place she was working at the drive thru
It is super annoying how Starbucks is always out of something and can never make drinks correctly. It astonishes me how inconsistent this brand is. It certainly isn't just this location, it is many locations across the country. Although this location is terrible, there are many others just as bad if not worse.
I went into Starbucks to purchase 2 gift cards for my granddaughter's teachers. The service was great and very much appreciated
As a truck driver it's hard to get into a Starbucks due to parking but I'm able to come here when I'm in Denver, I stop Everytime, employees are super nice !!!
They always play music so loud here it's so unwelcoming. Aren't they desperate for the business?
