New coffee machines -- no longer tastes burnt! It was an actually good tasting cup of regular coffee!
My only nit -- the music was way too loud. It was difficult to hold a conversation, and a quick phone call was nearly impossible.

THE BEST SERVICE! I am silly and dropped one of my drinks while walking back to work. The baristas this morning 9/27/25 were so kind to remake the drink for me. I had all intentions to pay for it since it was completely my fault but they took care of me and I just want to say THANK YOU!🥹

Great experience. They changed their menu on the wall to match fall themes, kind cool.Ordered in person at counter and service was Fast. Amazing baristas. Not too crowded inside, long line for drive through. Would love to come back. Highly recommend

I ordered a pumpkin creme cold brew and it’s literally just sugar milk. I don’t think there is even coffee in here? Waste of money - for comparison please see the photo on the board. We need to get some consistency in the portions here y’all.

Horrible service , from Joe ( female) . I asked for a refill on my iced coffee. She looked at my sticker to make sure it was what I ordered . When she was the one that had taken my order 🫤 Then she looked in her computer & said her policy recently changed . I said what changed , there's no refills on iced coffee any longer? She said you have to be using a glass cup to get refills . Ok. But you put in in a plastic cup without asking me . I didn't get an option when ordering . Learn your job & train your employees!!!! I had to laugh 😂 because why are you going back & forth with me on Easter ! Just give the customer a refill & state the policy changed for next time !
