Kat and Fatima are the best. They are the best they know how to make someone’s day and know how to bring up the mood. They have my order memorized and know how well they make would come every single time they have the place clean. Something else to add is that when I am here to enjoy my drink they make it cozy.

Arrived at 7:05 and they appeared closed. A woman working there saw me at the front and she quickly ran and hid in the back. Finally she came back. I asked for a large coffee and she says well yeah, like, ill have to brew it first though.
Excuse me? It should already be brewed if you open at 7 and Im here ordering at 7:05. Like....what?!

(Discrimination is illegal in the workplace) I give 0 stars for a place who is trying to be all inclusive they sure know how to pick people who discriminate against people of color. I bought a venti black tea lemonade and asked for a large cup of ice too as well,(mind you there was a couple in front of me they were white all they ordered was a water) the server Bella said she could not give me ice because people put alcoholic beverages in them. So in turn I said an ice water is fine to she proceeded not to serve me an ice water after I payed for a drink . I would not go here for service ever again.

Drink was good. Staff was terrible. Big line for people just waiting for their drinks. Almost no line to order, and the staff is just chatting away amongst themselves. Nooo sense of urgency. The gal that took my order barely talked to me. I had to greet her to get her to acknowledge me. Drink took 10-15minutes to get.

My bill came to 12.10 I had twelve in my hand and asked blonde girl can you cover .10 cents? I see .10 cents in the tip thing and she says let me go ask? Huh? So the smart one did and she comes back and says we can cover it...I said thank you whoever you asked. Now I had a card but I had 12 in cash....it was her nasty attitude that makes me question common sense. There a dime right there and you didn't want to cover me a dime. How selfish are we?

Yesterday had a disappointing experience at my usual Starbucks store while ordering a hot Americano coffee. Unfortunately, the quality control seemed lacking as I was given someone else's abandoned cold coffee without being offered a replacement or any acknowledgment of the mistake. The level of customer service fell short of the usual standards I expect from Starbucks. While I understand that mistakes happen, it's important for staff to communicate effectively with customers and ensure that orders are prepared fresh and accurately. I hope that in the future, the store can improve its attention to detail and provide better solutions for customers when issues arise.
