Yesterday had a disappointing experience at my usual Starbucks store while ordering a hot Americano coffee. Unfortunately, the quality control seemed lacking as I was given someone else's abandoned cold coffee without being offered a replacement or any acknowledgment of the mistake. The level of customer service fell short of the usual standards I expect from Starbucks. While I understand that mistakes happen, it's important for staff to communicate effectively with customers and ensure that orders are prepared fresh and accurately. I hope that in the future, the store can improve its attention to detail and provide better solutions for customers when issues arise.

Well, got here about 10 minutes til 7pm.No coffee. Asked for a frozen dragon fruit drink. Was told they couldn't due the frozen because they blender was cleaned... But could do a non frozen version.All this after Conner let his friends just jump the line to order.

About a month ago, on a Sunday around 2:30 pm I went to this location to pick up an online order that was already paid for. When I got there, an employee standing outside the door would not let me in along with another customer stating that they were short staffed so that they would be closing. He was standing outside impeding our entry and there were two people inside the store.I explained to him that I had placed an online order and that it was already paid for. The other customer asked him to at least let me have my refund or order since it was already paid for. The employee insisted that I should return the next day to get my refund or go to another store to have my order fulfilled. Then, he proceeded to say "Have a good day" in a cheerful tone to add insult to injury and got into a white sedan and left. So I left without my food or money.I proceeded to go to another store and explained the situation. They in turn told me that this was against Starbucks policy but that they would fulfill my order since I was already standing at the store. Unfortunately, they did not have my order items. So I wasted 45 minutes that day going to two stores and returned home without my food or my refund.I then called the 800 number for customer service. The rep told me that he could not process my refund because it was over $25.00. He said this to me three times but did it anyway. He said a district manager would call. No call. Three days later I got a customer survey because I think he thought that I was going to rate him higher because he thought he went above and beyond. However, he had shorted me 50 cents in my refund. A penny would have been too much for the aggravation I went through and the time I wasted. So suffice it to say, I will never be returning to this Starbucks.It would have taken the store 5 minutes to give me my refund that day and I'm sure one of three people could have managed it and it would have saved me so much time and aggravation.

Staff is very nice but they are too busy chatting to get drinks made correctly…. My drink was only 3/4 full when I was handed it and the employee noticed and said they would just fill it with ice to make it full. I declined as I didn’t want my coffee to be even more watered down. My drink was just pure espresso and cold foam when I took a drink. They did remake it and were very nice about the mistake.

I would have give them a 5 but they close early every night. I get 30 minutes for lunch so when I go there and they are closed I don’t have time to go anywhere else

The store was clean, but the baristas were a bit rude. They also got 2 of my drinks wrong. I wasn't overly impressed.
