In town for business and they easily made my new fav spring custom drink just right. It was perfect 2 days in a row and not by the same Batista. Consistency is my usual complaint at certain locations. This one does it right and very friendly. Thank you.
Forever and always the slowest Starbucks ever. One or two people making drinks and manning the order counter meanwhile you can see someone shuffling around in the back. 1.5/10
Paid for extra shot in lattes and ended up with a cup of hot milk. Even left a tip. Grrrr....Why can't you guys get it right?
The drinks were to go and too hot to taste right away so couldn't ask for a remake.
Rip off all the way around.
The barista Rosemary here was amazing and she suggested a great coffee of her own suggestion based on what I wanted.
People at this company, for some reason, never seem authentic and real. The same can be said for Dutch Bros. I like nice people but only if they are naturally that way. Deep down these employees do not like their job, and I don’t blame them.
If I ever fail to mention tall, grande, or venti, they assume largest and charge me more than I was planning on spending. If you then try to return and get money back, you appear as an evil demon within their perception. If you just keep it real, all of this would not be a sociological issue for everyday folks. The problem is a lot of customers are just as fake as they are. Those are their favorites. You gotta fake it to make it in their world. Capitalism gives you choices, so I just peacefully move along like a good Billy in the Western paradigm. Not risking my life for a couple dollars and a cup of coffee. If push comes to shove, they’ll perceive discontent as terror and call the popo on you. FACTS!

As a Business and Finance person, I'm pretty sure there is discrimination at this location, and it needs to be looked into as soon as possible to prevent further treatment of certain people. I placed an online order. It informed me that it would be ready at 10:51am. I arrived at 11:08, only to find not only was it not ready, but, not even being PREPARED. When I inquired of this, (I thought someone took my order,) I was treated rudely with contempt, and told that they were simply busy, as they continued to work on NEW mobile order requests in front of me. My driver was waiting for me, so I was tempted to just cancel. It was only as I'm on the way out the door, it "suddenly" became ready. I was the only one treated this way of course.
So, with that being said, I advise this is looked into. You never know who someone works for, or what corporation can take this act seriously and secretly visit and monitor this behavior. I will not be coming back to this location. This is 2024, learn to treat every ethnicity with respect and care.

This by far the best Starbucks in Denver. Being a frequent patron to Starbucks has given me a chance to drink, sip, eat and enjoy many venues. This one has the atmosphere of neighborhood coffee shop we are all seeking. The manager deserves kudos for creating this vibe along with prompt quality products. This is the goal for all Starbucks!

This is a really cute and cozy Starbucks with a super friendly and laid-back (but hardworking and fast) staff. A very hygge vibe, if you’re familiar with that term (I prefer mysigt or gezelligheid personally but those aren’t in the US cultural lexicon atm). Lots of outdoor seating, which would be great in nicer weather as this Starbucks is located in a cute pedestrian-friendly area. Overall, highly recommended - go on down and check it out!
Vegetarian options: They sell a large variety of pastries, sweet bread loaves, and dessert options that are vegetarian. They also have savory snack and lunch offerings, some of which are vegetarian (not sure if any are vegan, most seem to have cheese).
Dietary restrictions: I think they have vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free options. I’m not sure about other dietary need/preferences.
Parking: It’s in a spot with a lot of retail and not much street parking, but there’s a grocery store right behind it with a parking lot so you could park there. M
