Just ordered a venti brown sugar shaken espresso with extra ice & vanilla cold foam when i got my drink it looked like there was no milk I asked if I can get more milk she brought it back and told me next time dont ask for extra ice if i want milk in my drink and was very rude her co workers laughing in the back at the situation , not okay bad customer service.

This is the BEST Starbucks I have ever been to. The staff is always on top of their game, being friendly and efficient. Standard drinks taste better here. Even with long lines, that seem to be normal, they move quickly.

went through the drive thru and paid with the mobile app, once i got back i realized they gave me only an egg patty when i asked for no egg. called the store and they tell me i have to come in to get a refund, im already at work so its very unrealistic to expect a customer to come back esp when they’re using the mobile app to pay. completely wasted $10 on two sandwiches.

Went in to get a cold refresher drink asked to use the restroom and was denied. Even for a paying customer and it isn't cheap to order drinks here and cannot use the bathroom smh. 🤦🏻♀️ I walked out without ordering my drink went to this located use it was convenient on the way home.
