I ordered a Venti Carmel Machiato at 7:15 a.m. this morning. I have been drinking these for years and this is the first time I have experienced this. It tasted watered down. I feel like it had only water and Carmel It is now 10:08 and I’m still trying to finish this drink because I feel like if I toss it that it would be just a waste of my money. It technically is still a waste. I didn’t have time to go back to the store. I was in my way out to Greeley. I tried calling the store several times and no answer. I guess the only way to let y’all know is by writing a review.

My daughter and I just got to Denver on vacation. We came to this Starbucks as soon as we got off the train. The staff member at the drive thru was so so nice and friendly, our drinks were perfect and the line moved super quick. A great welcome for us!

Starbucks, what part of this drink looks like light ice? I asked for an iced coffee with light ice. Instead I got a cup full of ice with some coffee.Your inability to complete such a simple order highlights your lack of attention to detail. Or maybe it’s simple comprehension of what is on the order ?…I certainly won’t be back.

Hope you’re not disabled because if you are, this establishment is not for you. They have no bathrooms and have no seating, thats means no wifi and getting no work done here. But hey drinks are still full priced! What a pathetic starbucks. Reported to corporate as this is not the starbucks experience.

What Starbucks doesn't have a bathroom??? I've been coming to this location for years and suddenly they claim there's no bathroom?! Wish I would have known this before I ordered my drinks. I would have gladly taken my business elsewhere. Won't be using this location again. It astonishes me the lack of customer service companies have nowadays. They've gotten so spoiled with business they literally feel they have no obligation to provide any customer service anymore. customer service is non-existent in America. Truly concerning and disheartening

My order was a little messed up but the service was friendly enough. As it's the holidays in a big tipper no matter what but i do think these guys could step it
I dont care how sketchy you feel the neighborhood is you cant have your restrooms open during the day for paying customers you deserve 1 star. Pathetic.

I walked in, and a barista named Timmy started barking at me. I tried to ignore the animalistic attitude, so I could get my drink and leave, but he then spat in my grande cup, claiming that his spit tasted like vanilla, and that it was company policy to do so. DONT COME HERE OH MY GOSH.
