I went there to get coffees, and past two times, they didn’t make it right the simple customizations and I was charged for it.Cashier and barista ladies were friendly, but they just didn’t complete their job though I was the only customer both times.

I came to this Starbucks location (first time ever) after working an overnight shift for my caramel macchiato because I had to go back to work for another 8hr shift. The elderly woman behind the counter made this drink. I don’t know what it was but it was definitely not my usual caramel macchiato that I order from Starbucks. The drink so disgusting I never tasted anything like it before. I don’t know what she put in it that it tasted so awful! I had to have a co-worker cover for me for 30min to get this coffee only to work my 2nd 8hrs shift without it. After I got off work at 2pm, I went back to this location to explain to the manager what happened and asked for a refund. The manager didn’t seem to care at all about my inconvenience that she didn’t even bother to apologize about what happened. She just gave me the refund and continue to serve other customers. The manager’s treatment was as if I was there making up the story for the sake of the refund. I can careless about the $5/6. I came back to that store (with the coffee I did not drink still in my hands) after working a 16hr shift to explain what happened. I would take a sincere apology over her throwing the $5 bucks at me the way she did. This store is extremely unprofessional from managers to staff. I am not sure why they are hiring people that don’t know how to make one of the most basic drinks off their menu. I will never come back to this location. They definitely need to make some changes.

I thought this girl was making a drink for a customer but she was just standing there talking to her friend/coworker making a drink for herself while I'm standing at the register waiting to order a coffee, on my way to work. I've worked in the food industry before and I've never let a customer wait for me to make myself something, before taking their order.She also asked what I ordered 5 seconds after she took my order. Definitely not my favorite batista and I don't think she should have the job at all.

IM so disappointed at this location I asked for 5 sandwiches it was 6:08 pm n she refused to sell cuz' she already clean the oven n they close till 8 pm omg how stupid n loss for the company n I been customer for year's

I’ve honestly NEVER had a bad experience at a Starbucks until today. I ordered 2 drinks and a cheese danish. I can guarantee I know these drinks in my sleep because me and my partner start and end our day with Starbucks every day with the exception of weekends. Both of the drinks were terrible and the danish was burnt. I returned to the location to express the iced white chocolate mocha was watery with no flavor despite an additional 8 pumps. For the other drink all of the espresso was settled at the bottom; for a frappe this has never been an issue for me. Once I returned the barista provided me with excuses and false information instead of an apology and offering to remake the drinks. She attempted to go back and forward with me until I asked for a refund which prompted her to offer to remake the order at that point. I’m only writing this review because I’m disappointed in her lying, and providing excuses instead of just rectifying the issue. She told me the oven toasts the cheese danishes so they may appear burnt but they really aren’t however the second one had a smooth layer of cream cheese and not curdled and crispy cheese like the previous and I also made no adjustments to the drinks and magically they both came out fine the second time. Despite her telling me expresso tends to make frozen or iced drinks taste like water. Which made no sense.
