The female working today was standing at customer service not acknowledging me at all. As I stood in line we made eye contact several times and she proceeded to chat with the other female at customer service. I finally walked over to customer service to ask if they were open. They both rolled their eyes at me as if I was a nuisance and Interrupting their chat time. She lookd very upset that I had asked for service. At that point I decided not to order anything because of the poor attitude she had. I'm sorry I came to an open Starbucks expecting to get a coffee. I won't be back.

Hours are wrong, understaffed, frequently out of things. Go to a different location if you must leave with a coffee.Convenient for when I’m grocery shopping and they’re open. Safeway often has “$2 grande handcrafted drink” coupons on their app.

Maybe I would have liked it but the employee ignored me and pretended not to realize I was there for 10 mins while I waited and eventually yelled hey are you still open? Google says you are for 5 more hours and I saw them finally turn around after I walked away. The WORST experience I’ve had in a long time. That person doesn’t deserve a job. I used to be a barista…it’s not that bad my dude.

Absolutely AWFUL. Half of the posted hours employees don't show up and it has to be closed. I have come 4 times and each time my order has been incorrect, today I spent $13 on two coffees, both of which were so wrong they had to be thrown out. It is absolutely terrible.

Doesn’t allow you to use a re useable cup even though you can buy them here. Getting more and more disappointed in Starbucks lack of care for the environment.

My favorite Starbucks in NW Denver, there is rarely a long line and the Barista Ciara will remember your order! 3 weeks ago Ciara made a comment that she would remember my order the next time I came in, I told her I was going out of town and I would not be able to test her memory for 3-4 weeks, she smiled and said, "that's fine I'll remember". Today she past the test and remember my order, Grande Peppermint Mocha!
