Good quick service. Bigger place, clean. The restrooms are locked. I kinda understand the need for it but when the key pad doesn't work it's a little frustrating. But we did witness non customers trying to come in and use it without purchase. So I get it, but they just need to function better.

I've been coming to this starbucks for years!! Never had an issue until this morning. There's a new manager there by the name of Natalie. Apparently if you place a mobile order then go in it's an inconvenience for her. Vs placing a walk in order and still having to wait for it to be made. She was very condencending, anadadamant on explaining how mobile orders are placed and how they make them, which wasn't in my conversation to talk about. When i tried to explain I've been coming here for years, without issue, i know how to wait for my drink to be made. Tried to explain that i wasn't rude or expect my drink right away, i know there's a process. But she didn't want to listen to me and continued to talk over me, I ended up ending the conversation. I called to let corporate know about my interaction with this new manager.

This starbucks is always so friendly and the drinks are always somehow better than the others!!!! Whoever made my cherry chai this morning, this is the best drink I’ve had in a hot minute and the presentation made my day. I really appreciate the service and drinks matching the prices!! 💖
