I'm usually a guy who enjoys my coffee from starbucks, but I had a very bad experience at this location. I was left on hold for 3 minutes at the drive thru before they took my order (no cars in line). By the time I got my drink, it tasted burnt and cold. Women at the Window i believe her Natalie was very rude to me. It was a very unprofessional experience. I had to get a remake from another location. Definitely don't recommend it.

Let me preface this by saying, James is an excellent partner at this location! He is nice, helpful, friendly, and actually cares. On the other hand, I had a horrible experience with one of the female partners, who decided to punish me by telling me I had to park and wait for my order (order ahead), even though there was not a single car in line in front or behind me. I had gotten a notification from the Starbucks app, letting me know my order was ready. Two cars were in line at the speaker, when I could’ve been at the window to receive my order, but now I had to wait for those two orders ahead of mine. I’m not sure I’ve had an interaction with this woman before, but just know if you encounter her, be prepared for nonchalant nasty attitude, and your time is not valued by her and the ones who follow her lead at that store. FYI, the other Montbello location, as well as another location, actually handles situations like this professionally by simply letting me know, they are working on my order. And no problem waiting for the few drinks at the window if need be.
