Savannah was not welcoming and displayed an unprofessional attitude. It felt as though there was little concern for customer service, with the focus only on making drinks. As a former Starbucks District Manager, this experience was highly disappointing.

Consistent with your typical Starbucks for good quality, speed, and professionalism. But the entry/exit is tiiiight, and tough even on a quiet morning. Still liked it.

I’m writing this review simply because of the service. I have been to Starbucks locations all over the country (I travel a lot for work) and this is the best service I have ever received. Melissa was extremely friendly. She recommended a new drink, which I loved, and more importantly she made me feel welcome. Good service seems to fading away in many places but this Starbucks location still manages to offer fantastic service and I really appreciate it. I will be back every time I come to Denver.

I went in with my kids all happy but when I got there that changed. There was a staff named Maddy, who just changed the mood. The whole time I was there her face expression just seemed like she didn't want to be there and was mad. She didn't greet customers or smiled. It made the environment very unwelcome. I was there about an hour and she still had the same look everytime I looked at her. I don't think I'll be returning here.

Mellissa declined to provide me with a cup of water, even after I offered to pay for it. She could have easily offered a bottled water as an alternative. As a frequent customer who lives across the street and regularly earns rewards points, I was surprised and disappointed by the lack of courtesy and professionalism. Her dismissive attitude felt not only unnecessary but also carried an undertone of bias that made the interaction uncomfortable. Experiences like this are disheartening and reflect poorly on the brand’s commitment to inclusivity and customer care

I asked to used the restrooms and the first thing they asked me was if I was going to purchase with a bad attitude, then they gave me the wrong code. Really bad hosts.

The person guy who made my pink drink was kind and said have a good day on my way out I heard him to late mb dude but he made the drink hella fast 😁👍

Nice little coffee shop, small and intimate, and they do a really good job of making drinks. The three stars I gave them for food are because of corporate policy and not starbucks at this location. Starbucks needs to bring back the cinnamon coffee cake. The employees are friendly and helpful and highly recommended.

They cannot make a vanilla sweet cream cold brew to save their life. I visit several locations, but this one NEVER makes it right, like there’s only a splash of sweet cream in it. Today I asked them to add more cream and this barista POURED out some of the coffee, I had a blonde espresso shot that likely is no longer in my coffee. I made a comment about it to her, she made eye contact with me and she did nothing to fix it. Will not be going to this location again, I am so upset.

This location don't have good personality. They're really rude. I'm not sure because we're Mexicans, but they treat us really bad. We don't go there to ask for free stuff every time they've been charging me extra money every time and they never wanna give us a receipt to see if they're charging us the right way they charge me $22 just for two small Macha
The baristas are nice, drive thru is quick at the time of day I go. I’m knocking a star off because the drinks are inconsistent. I’ve ordered multiple matcha lattes throughout the last few weeks and it’s clear they weren’t reading the instructions to add more scoops. I assumed I just preferred it pretty strong and accepted I’d have a weaker matcha flavor, but today I kept my order the same as the last time and it was too strong this time. Not a huge deal but worth mentioning that it hasn’t been consistent quality!
Always a nice treat. I bought a coffee press. I’m pretty impressed with it. Easy to clean and use. It was hard to figure out at first. They at the counter helped me figure it out.
