Raven took care of me and she was absolutely so awesome I went by there because another Starbucks had given me a bad drink and I was just going to get some sweetener or something and she went ahead and made me a whole new drink for free and I was having kind of a bad day too it was super awesome she was great!!

My FAVORITE Starbucks… not only because it’s closest to where I live, but I’m always greeted with a smile, excellent service & awesome beverages of sorts… ALSO, the drive thru is FAST. I’m not kidding. They have drive thru concept down & are doing a fantastic job. Thank you all for being such an incredible work group, but also the best neighborhood Starbucks!!

They tried to charge me $7.51 for a vente coffee. When i protesded the manager defended the cashier and said it was because I ordered cream on the side. $5.00's for less than an ounce of cream?
This morning, my visit to the Starbucks at 44th and Federal took an unexpected turn. When I ordered my Venti coffee, the cashier attempted to charge me $7.51. Upon questioning this, the manager or assistant manager defended the price, attributing it to the fact that I ordered cream on the side. I found it perplexing that a small amount of cream could result in such a significant cost. Their explanation was that they were supposedly being generous by not charging me this amount regularly, and they claimed that other Starbucks would apply the same $7.51 charge for the order.

THE BEST STARBUCKS I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!!! They are always so friendly and fast! Raven (the employee who helped me this morning) was so incredibly nice and made my morning so positive by keeping me caffeinated! I've had some repeat experiences at other locations where my drink tastes very dilute, but I've never once run into that problem here! Highly recommend!!

I had a emergency and need to use there wifi for 2 mins cause I got lost. And really far from home. So, they let me use it. That was above and beyond customer service. Thank you. And the cup of Joe I bought was fresh coffee. I would definitely go back and I would recommend this location to others.
