Very friendly staff but one of the times I stopped in for a bagel it took a really long time to get it. That said, it’s very clean and the bagels taste pretty fresh.

In town for a conference and these guys open at 6a on the weekends, so quickly stopped in. Vanilla latte was made perfectly and the woman working in there was super friendly and very engaging.

I ordered a Chai Latte, what I got was a cup filled to the brim with the foam of steamed milk, and hot water.I tried to tough through the foam and revolting flavor in hopes that it would get better towards the end… it didn’t.I thought about going back to complain, but just threw the rest of the drink into the trash can and made a mental note of never again.

Lattes, coffee, pink drink were all good. Most of the staff were good. Our order taker was a dour, rude, surly dude who made it suuuuper clear he didn’t want to be there. And he really really did not want to take our order. And he really really really did not want to make our order. And he so did not want to hand us our order that he simply didn’t. He made it, and then it sat there, on the far counter, until several waves of customers came and went and finally a different worker noticed us and found the order.

The barista I had was able to make mochas perfect. I stopped going to Starbucks a long time ago because they are too expensive and I always got a lousy drink. Because of the covid, everything else is closed for now. Because of the barista at this location, I got a really good mocha. Thank you. Starbucks, you need more of these baristas throughout your stores.

Great customer service. Lady and Kira were a big help and put a smile on my face and coffee in my belly while all other Starbucks downtown were close today! Highly recommend.
can never make my order how i want it, i come here every morning and it seems like i'm always sending my drink back. employees catch an attitude with me when something on their end goes wrong as if it is my fault they couldn't make the drink correctly the first time. I used to work at SB myself and i think they could take a lesson on some customer service skills and making sure their customers enjoy their experience and want to return..

Cheyenne is a ROCKSTAR! She have amazing service, offered options to other Starbucks has offered, and then even give more information than we asked for about other options I've never been offered! She was super friendly and an absolute pleasure to order from! The coffee was good of course, but the service was definitely the shining star of the experience!
