Even if you don’t like Starbucks or coffee…just go in to see the cool building!
Located along the river and bike/waking path

Decent enough place but the staff is paying zero attention to their work. Screwed up my order once too often, not coming back.

Hours say 9pm but the store manager was kicking everyone out at 8:40pm and locking the doors. Bad for business owner should do something about this, was a music festival going on to. Can’t make yourself more important than the customers. Never never never

Okay, Starbucks is Starbucks right? Menu-wise, yes. But some Starbucks have a unique space that reflects the location. This one is in downtown Denver next to the Platt River. There is large and very busy REI next door and outside a great place for kids to play and to look at some of nature’s contributions to an urban setting.
One of the nicer Starbucks! Good service and a spacious interior adjoining REI!
Highly recommended!!

Refused my birthday drink even though I’ve gotten it in past years. Very sad lol
I didn’t like it at all. The customer service was terrible. The baristas were too busy talking to each other and didn’t seem to care about the customers waiting for their drinks. There were too many distractions.
I ordered an Iced Matcha Latte with a substitution—no classic syrup, two pumps of brown sugar. The barista made it wrong, and instead of remaking it, she just added brown sugar on top.
The place looks nice, but the baristas definitely need more training.

They have a policy to not provide ice water without buying something. Selfish & unnecessary policy when they are located next to several running & bike paths; especially when it can get quite hot in Denver in the spring & summer. But yeah, making a profit is much more important than helping people avoid dehydration.

Coffee too expensive. Internet is crazy slow, hard to sign up and get it too. You have to leave the building and climb 2 flights of stairs for a bathroom. All in all bad place to get work done.
Cool location, staff is always overwhelmed and food takes forever to come out. They seem to be always scrambling and I’ve had things forgotten a few times.
