I have been coming to this Starbucks every Friday for the past year and barista Alyssa is amazing every time I come in. She knows exactly what I want and she makes it delicious every time. Even standing in line, every drink I see her make she puts love in to making it just right for each person. Even when she's running around busy, She always has a smile on her face and is always polite. I definitely will keep this as my every Friyay Starbucks stop. : )

I ordered a pesto sandwich, mushroom egg bites and a large macchiato w 5 pumps white mocha, the lady at drive thru was very distracted and kept getting my order wrong I came to the window and she never added the egg bites, I had to wait longer for them to be made and pay a second time, and as I was driving off I tried my drink and although I was charged for white mocha there was none in the drink so I go back inside and tell them and the lady takes my drink instead of just letting me keep it, throws it away and remakes it wrong for the 2nd time đ€Šââïž

Terrible service by the barista this morning. I ordered multiple drinks that needed a carrier. She said âsorry itâs my first day back from vacation and if I donât have any sitting out then I donât have anyâ I asked if she could possible look in the back and she said âif I donât have any sitting out there then I donât have any at allâ she didnât look and didnât even try.

I just attempted purchased a small Cafe vanilla Frappuccino with a shot of expresso and had to leave immediately for a bus only to find the beverage was AWFUL! AND NO SHOT OF EXPRESSO, I paid almost $8 cash for NOTHING!

The person in charge of this Starbucks inside Safeway just left a sign of 30 min break and simply just not come back on time. Super careless .

Frequently closed and/or employees always on break without any ETA on when theyâre back. Of the 5-6 times Ive come in, ive only been able to purchase something once.
Convenient. Baristas are knowledgeable and efficient.

The girl that was working today close was very nice she gave me the restroom code. When the security guard was being a snob and said it didn't work. And didn't want me to use. It because he is a clown. ?. And judging and got roasted by me. Didn't want to give me the code and she did and the security got mad when I was a customer. And was getting roasted.
