I ordered a Venti hot chocolate this morning and it felt a little light while carrying it back to my office. Before taking a drink, I opened the lid and saw that there is about a 1.5-2 inch gap between the top of the cup and the start of the liquid. Couldn’t even bother to get close to providing a full cup. I chose this location today over the one at 2nd and Fillmore since it is slightly closer to my office, but I will not be returning given that level of customer service.

These are some of the nicest people you’ll ever meet. And this morning, I asked them to remake a drink. Never done that before. The first drink, a Gingerbread Latte, tasted like cardboard soaked in water with a dash of cinnamon. Came back in and asked to replace with a plain latte with 2 shots. Really simple. They made with 3. Doesn’t taste good. Got a replacement with a drip. Not coming back for awhile.

My partner and I were in the hospital for the birth of our child over Thanksgiving, and I can’t express how grateful we were that this Starbucks location was open. Their holiday drinks were the perfect comfort during a long and emotional couple of days—warm, delicious, and made just right. It might seem small, but having that little moment of normalcy and joy meant so much to us. Thank you to the team for being there and brightening our holiday in such a meaningful way!

Absolutely my favorite Starbucks. I’ve been here a handful of times now since having to frequent the area, and each and every time the baristas are friendly & welcoming, and the drinks are always incredible! I’ve been to so many Starbucks locations over the years, and this is by far my favorite.

Everything about this place warms my heart, the employees are beyond amazing, the food is gifted to you with more care then any other place I've been, and it's so cozy and warm- the fireplace in the corner just reminds you of a cottage core villa and the food/drinks can bring back memories.
