I am solely writing this review for Holly at the front - the whole staff is fantastic - but Holly was the first barista EVER to bring me my coffee and my sandwich. She was so kind to me on a snowy day when I came in to work remotely a bit before visiting clients (it was my 4th day on the job), and just her little positive actions really impacted my day in the right direction. Can’t wait to come back!

This Starbucks lets their delivery drivers double park on alameda during 5pm rush hour traffic!!! Alameda is at a stand still due to the truck parked in the middle of the street. The signs out front are clearly marked as NO PARKING. No courtesy whatsoever for drivers. It’s not safe!! Do better!!!!

I love coming to this Starbucks! The place it’s always clean and cozy. The employees here are always very nice and friendly. Hal greeted me with a smile and today he went above and beyond like always with his exceptional customer service! The pumpkin spice latte I ordered was super delicious as well as the pumpkin bread! This location continues to be my favorite #1! ❤️

Busy standalone Starbucks without a drive-through. The food/snacks and drinks are the usual Starbucks things. The latte and espresso based drinks in general are good.
Service is fast and friendly. There were enough people working to keep things moving even during a busy period Sunday morning. Seating at this location was comfortable. They do have unsecured Wi-Fi available for guests.
There is a small psrking lot. Spaces were available before the other business opened. It may be more difficult later.

Never coming here again. First off, I couldn't hear you when you were calling my order when it was ready because it also seemed way too fast and then when I get in my car and take my first sip I burned my tongue and it doesn't even taste like it was made correctly. I should never have come in this morning what a waste of money.

Dietary restrictions: Restricting normal real food for fake “healthy” foods is a restriction itself. Idiots. Final straw for me.
Today I was in the store and one of the employees who helped me was very rude. It is not the first time I have come to the store and she is rude to me, ?♂️ I know my English is not excellent but she doesn't have to roll my eyes at me (??) or pout at me (?) if she has problems she should solve them, and if she doesn't like customer service then she is working in the wrong place, several times I have had to refrain from buying because she is there attending (and since I don't want them to make a bad face at me) I prefer to leave since she is always rude. I am not this type of annoying customer but seriously they went several times. I do not tolerate rudeness when it is the best store of all, mostly its staff It is very sweet and pleasant. I had not had any problems before ordering, thanks to the other person who kindly assisted me. Everyone in the store is wonderful. I don't understand what happened to that girl's attitude.

I am astounded at how amazing each and every employee is at this location! I’ve been coming in almost everyday for 3 weeks and I’ve yet to have a bad experience! Seriously every employee is personable, friendly, smiley, and has outstanding customer service!!! I could talk forever about how great this location is and especially how good the employees make the entire experience! :) I would love to drop names, but it is seriously every single one of them!!!
