Super lame experience-- their computers are down but suddenly I get blamed for not "having the app because you're not getting anything without it". Yeah lady- You can ask as many times as you want but I still don't have it. because I'm just looking for a $2 cup of coffee.
Horrible customer service. I went in last night for a drink, and the barista by the name of Isai gave me the wrong drink and also gave me an attitude. Very rude young man.
