This is my favorite Starbucks!! I've been coming here for a while and they know my name and order whenever i come in. There's been some much needed changes in employees over the last year and it has really improved the overall experience. There's no cafe area but there's a cute patio setup with umbrellas for shade. Highly recommend this starbucks if you're looking for friendly people & delicious drinks!

I almost order here on the mobile app at 8:45-8:50AM, and come pick up around 9AM, but they always make me wait every single day. Today was the worse, I replaced my order at 10:44AM (have to put the exact time because of the lady in that store want to be exactly time), I arrived there 8:58AM, they let me wait for 2 more minutes and started doing my order at 9AM, I got my order around 9:04AM. When I asked I ordered it 20mins ago and now you just did that when I come, she said no it just 15min since you ordered and we just late 7-8min, we sorry for that. She said like they did nothing wrong to customer. The worst service ever

Yes I've regulared to this location since I've been back in denver and to be honest it one of the nicest Starbucks when it come to customer interactions they do very good job of hard balance of being bad neighborhood but still striving for excellence and there crew does very good job of being human treating people with respect it one of my favorite Starbucks to visit

I've come to this Starbucks twice and both times they were wildly understaffed, my drink took half an hour, and was made comically wrong. As a former Starbucks partner of many many years I can tell you this is likely a management issue and the baristas likely have to put up with angry guests all the time because theyre poorly supervised and understaffed. Avoid this location if you can.

This is my third visit to Starbucks and the one I used to go to is no longer open. I have had the worst customer service all three times all three times my drink has not been right today. They don’t have my order ready. Tell me to pull up by the door and then yell my name from a window Instead of bringing my drinks out to my car which I felt was not OK being that I had my granddaughter in the car so I had to leave my granddaughter in the car to get out to get a drink. The whole reason I went through the drive-through so that I wouldn’t have to get out of the car. Definitely need to work on this location and definitely need to have a talk with your staff on how to be more pleasant and respectful to your guest/Customers

I asked for light ice and my drink is full of ice? The girl who served me was wearing an earbud which is extremely unprofessional on her part and Starbucks part for allowing that. Overall terrible experience, never coming here again.

I always go to this location never had a issue until today I ordered a white chocolate mocha (iced coffee) & tried using my points to redeem since there about to expire I told the guy that was helping me Corey he said it wasn’t an iced coffee very nicely I said well it is a iced coffee?? and went to hand him the money he said “it’s not an iced coffee but I’m not gonna dispute that with you” in a real rude tone. As if I was being argumentative… super rude and unprofessional won’t go back to this location

You should probably keep an eye on your stock before letting people order items off of the menu. I waited almost 10 minutes between ordering and pulling up to the window only to be told that you are out of strawberry base. Yeah you asked if I wanted something else but I didn't want something else so not only did you waste my time I now don't have time to get anything else before I have to get to work.

Went through the drive thru this morning and the Barista making my Venti Black Tea Lemonade with requested Classic syrup was made unsweet. I let them know. I was informed by the female Barista that made it that she put 4 pumps of classic in it. She then handed me a cup with what she said was an extra 4 pumps of classic syrup in it. I went to take the lid off and it cracked. I then had to park and go request a lid. The same barista was not polite and I was left frustrated by what is normally a pleasant experience.

No one was behind me in the drive thru & it would have been simple to just remake my drink.
