You should probably keep an eye on your stock before letting people order items off of the menu. I waited almost 10 minutes between ordering and pulling up to the window only to be told that you are out of strawberry base. Yeah you asked if I wanted something else but I didn't want something else so not only did you waste my time I now don't have time to get anything else before I have to get to work.

Went through the drive thru this morning and the Barista making my Venti Black Tea Lemonade with requested Classic syrup was made unsweet. I let them know. I was informed by the female Barista that made it that she put 4 pumps of classic in it. She then handed me a cup with what she said was an extra 4 pumps of classic syrup in it. I went to take the lid off and it cracked. I then had to park and go request a lid. The same barista was not polite and I was left frustrated by what is normally a pleasant experience.

No one was behind me in the drive thru & it would have been simple to just remake my drink.

If I could rate the employees attitudes a negative 5 star review I would! I love the sandwich here but when I was going to eat it, half of the sandwich isn’t even there, I’ve had a long day at work and like to reward my self with something once in a while, and looking at this really disappointed me. It’s my friends birthday and decided to get her some as well, I only have cash on me and the moment I pulled out a bigger bit, with out hesitation the young man told me that he can’t break big bills with such a horrible attitude. I’m very disappointed in this, honesty. Just go to a different Starbucks
Update- the food was disgusting…

They dont have a dine in just a window and a drive threw, and service was kinda impolite and distracted , they didnt even get my order right, i had to stand outside for 10 minutes waiting for my order

Don’t order ahead here, there’s nowhere to pick it up. We ordered ahead and spent 30 minutes in the drive through pick up line. The store should update the app to indicate you can’t actually order ahead!

Atmosphere is little lol not much room. But these people here know how to make coffee my favorite Starbucks to go too. I'll wait even if there is a line. Because my coffee always comes out yummy

Parking: Find a place to park don't park inside the location because when busy nobody will let you out

Kid-friendliness: They have cake pops and hot cocoa

I'm disappointed with my recent experiences at Starbucks. As a veteran, I’ve always appreciated businesses that recognize our service with a discount, especially on Veteran's Day. However, Starbucks seems inconsistent with this practice. I've been to several locations where they advertise a veteran discount, but when it comes time to pay, it’s hit or miss. Some baristas honor it, while others either don't know about it or refuse, citing "store policy." If this is a company-wide offer, there needs to be better training and consistency. Otherwise, it feels like a bait-and-switch.

Not even open on posted hours or the employees are too LAZY and not take orders while a car is waiting at the intercom, they would rather talk to each other and not do their job. Good thing Dutch is right down the street because the morning crew here doesn’t take orders.

Don't advertise your business opens at 5:30AM and your employees are sitting in the car outside together watching customers drive up to get their coffee!!!! We have jobs to get to also!!! Get your employees in line! If you open at 530 am there is no excuse for them to be sitting in the car watching the customers drive up at 540am wait and have to leave. If your people don't want to work get new ones that appreciate having a job!!!

Quik drive thru location. I’ve had a couple negative experiences with my Caramel Ribbon Crunch. Every time I give em a chance because they’re closer to my destination, they kinda upset me. 🤬
My last visit I told myself I’d give em one more chance before I permanently avoid this location forever. The service and staff have always been perfectly polite but the product is hit and miss.
So check em out if you’re ever in the neighborhood and holla at a Playa.

I am here now. There is a young lady training a young gentleman. I asked for a blended ice water. She nervous to ask a short older man with a mustache. Him responding rude an upset at her made me understand why she got nervous. He said they don't. I have always gotten it before but her said it messes up the blades.
When my order was up another very nice blonde lady gave me my food. He alone ruined the atmosphere. I am thankful the ladies made the service worth it. I will be going to a different Starbucks every morning now. I am ok with a no. Regardless if they can or not. Making me feel like I am causing him a burden with my request for service is a disappointment

This Starbucks sucks they like to close a hour early and lazy ass workers, it says it's open but closes it all early because they don't want to serve people and there is a girl there in side not doing anything.
