Takeisha was extremely inconsiderate and wouldn't find a way to accept my money! I carry multiple large bills daily and she just said she can't do anything about it, how does starbucks operate if it doesn't accept cash even when I saw Mr. money bags walking in with the cash! (Brinks truck) luckily Dutch bros is across the street, starbucks officially lost a life long customer because I'm now out of its caliber and they never make my order correctly even though it's simple. Just lazy or incompetent.

It's Starbucks, they take a long time and pre-ordering isn't faster then sitting in line. Why tip when they aren't doing any extra. They are doing their job.

Maybe it was the person actually making the drinks, because the man who took our order was very kind and competent, even said "bless you" while on the intercom. That was nice.I feel the drink though was mostly ice, the cup was filled about 90% of the way. It shouldn't be $6 for a cup of ice if that's what I'm getting here.Guess I'll stick to my Dutch bros :P

No point to order ahead. Window is always closed waited 10 minutes this morning at the window then had to wait in the long line when I preordered my order 30 minutes ahead of time so I could go to work. Would not recommend for ordering ahead.

Visited the Starbucks on Alameda Ave in Denver, Colorado, and the experience was streamlined despite the unique setup. Ordering outside, whether through the drive-thru or on foot, kept things moving smoothly, ensuring a quick turnaround even with a lengthy drive-thru line. Limited parking didn't hinder the friendly barista from providing excellent service. Opted for a venti coffee with cream for our mountain adventure, and the barista's warm greeting added a pleasant touch. A reliable stop for a caffeine fix before hitting the Rockies!

Worst starbucks I've ever been to. They can not seem to get our order right to save a life!! And when you ask them to fix their mistake they act like you are in the wrong and you are inconveniencing them!! I have gave them multiple chances to do better and get it right but unfortunately I will not be coming to this location any longer!! Tati has the absolute worst customer service skills!!!! I really wish they would let you rate a zero star cause they definitely don't even deserve the one star!!
