Worse service ever different baristas different days both with a really bad attitude they really hate their job Starbucks needs to hire baristas who WILL like what they’re doing, I asked for a venti drink she gave me a tall drink I asked are you guys out of venti cups and reply with an attitude saying yes when I payed for venti seriously don’t recommend this place at all 😠

Came in at 11:15 I was only one in line the guy was making someone drink then instead of making mine befor he went to lunch to me I have to wait I tell he got back no one to relieve him for lunch diva apologize, or anything worse experience at the Starbucks

The male barista with glasses who was working today was beyond rude!! He needs to be reminded that the world doesn’t revolve around him and God forbid a customer inquire about a drink that I’ve ordered multiple times and never once came out looking the way he served it. Also after tasting it- the drink was definitely not made right. If you’re going to serve your drinks incorrectly at least don’t serve it with a side of your unwarranted attitude.

This morning was a bust😫 I ordered a medium hot caramel machiato, and a chocolate chip cookie warmed up. The cookie was hard and stale tasting :( I'm used to it being gooey. It was not the case today. The caramel machiato tasted like drip coffee. It didn't taste like espresso at all, much less like a caramel machiato.

The employee had left there was a line when I came in they paged her twice after 15 minutes she came back and was rude. If she was on break she should've put a sign up. When you're the only employee you have to let people know what's going on. The drink wasn't made right either she wasn't knowledgeable or nice.

The African American woman working there this evening was DISGUSTINGLY RUDE to my mom. Made her cry. The drink was disgusting and she slammed the drink on the table getting coffee on her. There has to be a manager or someone we can talk to about this DISGUSTING BEHAVIOR AND DISGUSTING EXCUSE FOR A HUMAN BEING THAT WORKS THERE. Also think it’s really unprofessional to be talking on your AirPods during work to someone when there’s customers???

If I could give 0 stars I would. A woman that works there with the name Jasmin or Yasmin always messes up my drinks. She is rude and unwelcoming and does not need to be working in customer service or making people’s drinks as she can never seem to make them right. I have asked her nicely to fix them in which she gives me attitude and refuses to give me a refund or remake the drink. My husbands sister goes there as well and has the same problem with the same girl and we never seem to get a different barista. Don’t waste your money here and find one of the many other starbucks nearby. So frustrating!!!!

The customer service was ok, but they don’t even know how to make a nitro cold brew. The girl added ice and scooped out all of the foam. When I explained that there shouldn’t be any ice and the foam was needed, I was told, “they don’t do it that way here”. My super basic drink sucked.

Horrible older lady , looking at me waiting in line hoping for someone to take my order . I need to go out of my way to ask her if anyone is available since nobody is taking my order only for her to say shes on her lunch and i would have to wait 30 min.

If theres not enough staff a sign should be placed saying “ CLOSED FROM 10-10:30AM “ not have me standing around like a idiot
Or atleast have the courtesy to say sorry were on lunch

3 stars as the service was no good. My husband waited patiently while the two employees directly in front of him did their inventory. They never greeted him or advised that they would be just a minute. Finally, after about starting to get a little upset for no acknowledgement, he was asked for his order. No smiles, no warm welcoming, no nothing...yeah I know double negative...anyway it was just that. People wake up and put on your Starbucks meet and greet face! By far the worst customer service ever received at a Starbucks. If you don't like working with people maybe you should find a job that does not involve that.

Dalice made my day today with her wonderful service, great attitude, and great barista skills. I love coming here because of the staff, Gabby, Dalice, Cyrus, and so many others whose names will come to me! You guys brighten up the store with your fun sense of humor and I will be back many many many more times.
