This morning was a bust😫 I ordered a medium hot caramel machiato, and a chocolate chip cookie warmed up. The cookie was hard and stale tasting :( I'm used to it being gooey. It was not the case today. The caramel machiato tasted like drip coffee. It didn't taste like espresso at all, much less like a caramel machiato.
3 stars as the service was no good. My husband waited patiently while the two employees directly in front of him did their inventory. They never greeted him or advised that they would be just a minute. Finally, after about starting to get a little upset for no acknowledgement, he was asked for his order. No smiles, no warm welcoming, no nothing...yeah I know double negative...anyway it was just that. People wake up and put on your Starbucks meet and greet face! By far the worst...
Dalice made my day today with her wonderful service, great attitude, and great barista skills. I love coming here because of the staff, Gabby, Dalice, Cyrus, and so many others whose names will come to me! You guys brighten up the store with your fun sense of humor and I will be back many many many more times.
