Staff is very friendly!! However, Ordered Carmel machiato made with Breve, 3 different times and received steamed Breve. No machiato!! Didn't have time to go back, going to work. Thank you anyway!
EVERYTIME I come here to the highlands location on 38th which is every week ( as I work across the street) my order is wrong. I get a Cafe Vanilla frap and always end up with a vanilla bean. Happened again today! I went all the way back to get a new drink. They were happy to remake it except they gave me a Cafe frap no vanilla! I work in Healthcare so its hard to just leave to go over there. Dont go here, waste of time! 711 has better service than this!
