This is my favorite Starbucks in Denver. Love the store, the location and the friendly baristas. I’ve been using the drive thru a lot lately and am never disappointed. They rock!
I love this location! They treat their customers like family! Daryl is the perfect person at drive up- his personality and question of the day make the experience fun and unique. Holly is super sweet and friendly, and always makes me feel welcomed! I don’t know the name of some of the other baristas, but you are all amazing! Recommend this location 10/10 stars.
Just a shoutout to the friendly baristas here. They never fail to put a smile on my face... from the gentleman who asks fascinating trivia questions at the drive-thru window to the lady who regaled me with stories, and the uplifting motivational messages on my cup every time I go, they truly go above and beyond to spread some joy and positivity! Thank you - it makes a difference and it's so appreciated!
I do like this location. There’s a drive thru and the staff are nice enough. I would just caution customers to be very precise with them. I had gotten a crispy grilled cheese sourdough and it wasn’t toasted and they didn’t even ask me if I wanted it to toasted so before you drive off just check your order.
I don’t visit Starbucks until they allow unions .

My wife ordered a Frappuccino, and forget to let them know she wanted a shot of expresso, and when she remembered, and asked tge lady to put a shot in she got very mad, even though several times my wife said she'll pay. She told us u have to let us know, because we charge for this. Took a big attitude . When it was done we said thank you and she totally ignored us. A young lady about 6 ft. Tall. I don't usually describe a person, but there was no excuse for this behavior, especially when we offered to pay. Will never go back to that location. Change jobs if you don't like to work in customer service!!!

Something I noticed at this Starbucks, they tend to skimp a few ounces if you order through Uber eats or Doordash, I work down the street and sometimes I order through those apps because I can't leave my post and always my drink isn't filled up like they door when you order in person. That's just a bad practice, I still know the location I'm ordering from, so it's not like you can hide behind the app. It's something that's irritating enough to comment on. Do better.

I went in into get a coffee yesterdayady afternoon. They were all standing in a circle laughing and giggling not paying any mind that there is someone waiting to order. Then after I ordered it took the guy at the bar 5 min yo see that he had drinks waiting to be made. As he made my drink he went back and kept chatting and laughing with his coworkers and let my expresso shots sit in the cup for way to long before he realized he was in the middle of making a drink so, I just walkout. So I paid for a drink that I didn't get and sat in your store for 10 min, went to work late, spent money, and still didn't get my coffee!
