Something I noticed at this Starbucks, they tend to skimp a few ounces if you order through Uber eats or Doordash, I work down the street and sometimes I order through those apps because I can't leave my post and always my drink isn't filled up like they door when you order in person. That's just a bad practice, I still know the location I'm ordering from, so it's not like you can hide behind the app. It's something that's irritating enough to comment on. Do better.

I got a vanilla bean frappe it was absolutely delicious good job to the new person that made it! Barista David was so kind and helpful. Food and drinks were delicious
Sadly, management at this Starbucks is quite flakey. I ordered a drink from the manger and she literally never returned. So has to end my Starbucks trip early. Management should realize they shouldn’t do this to people, it’s hurtful.
I have gone to this Starbucks quite a bit over the years. And I must say, that in the last several months, I have had such pleasant experiences here that I felt the need to finally write a review. Yes, it's a Starbucks There should not be any real surprises as to what's on the menu or how much things cost. But, for the last several months, I've been coming here a couple times a week usually around 7:45 AM or 8 AM in the morning. There are usually quite a few cars in the drive-through, but they cleared rather quickly. I learned my lesson that going inside, even if there's not that many people inside is typically not faster than sticking to the drive-through.So it makes this BUX special? Well, it seems like they nail my go to order perfectly just about every day. It's not that complicated of an iced cold brew, but I have pretty specific instructions about how much half-and-half, and how much Splenda. And, they NEVER mess it up. On top of that, the staff here have been super friendly in the morning. I really do enjoy interacting with them. My dog is also excited to get his pup cup at the window. Nice staff, good quality control on beverages, and a quick in and out.

I went in into get a coffee yesterdayady afternoon. They were all standing in a circle laughing and giggling not paying any mind that there is someone waiting to order. Then after I ordered it took the guy at the bar 5 min yo see that he had drinks waiting to be made. As he made my drink he went back and kept chatting and laughing with his coworkers and let my expresso shots sit in the cup for way to long before he realized he was in the middle of making a drink so, I just walkout. So I paid for a drink that I didn't get and sat in your store for 10 min, went to work late, spent money, and still didn't get my coffee!
