Seems like this spot is being mismanaged right out of business. They constantly close hours before the posted time, without notice and without a sign. Staff is nice, but I would assume the management is grossly incompetent.

Google maps say that this location is open until 9 pm 7:30 lights on, door locked and no one answers the phone

Hours say closed at 10. Showed up at 8pm and they were closed. Staff inside had locked the doors and turned me away

This Starbucks is one of the best why because of the management. Natalie has the best staff and they are well trained and so friendly. The Baristas are excellent making perfect drinks. I love the atmosphere here and the place is always clean and inviting. Great job Natalie!

Even though the store had to close early during our visit. The staff here was incredibly friendly, and they made an amazing beverage that exceeded my expectations. The manager Vanessa, was especially kind and helpful. She truly elevated the whole experience with her professionalism and warmth. Overall, a fantastic visit. Highly recommend!

Its a Starbucks. The PSL was on point. The line was so long for drive thru that I went inside. There was nowhere to stand with so many people waiting. Not a bad experience but I would think they would move faster with a drive thru line that is jamming the parking lot and a lobby packed full of people.

I buy ground coffee at Starbucks often as the price is better than Sprouts now and it's convenient. I've only ordered from this store three times and they've ground it wrong two of the three times. I have my own grinder, but with small children in the house my daughter has asked me not to use it. She picked my coffee up this morning and when I saw it was ground wrong AGAIN I called. (I use a French Press and finely ground coffee won't push down in the carafe. The water, boiled water flew up and burned my wrist and this was after my call to the store.) The employee that answered could not have cared less. I could tell because I wasn't getting back in the car to go down there to return the bag of coffee she couldn't be bothered. As I told her, in one ear and out the other. By coincidence it was just yesterday that the Starbucks closest to us permanently closed. They never got my coffee wrong.
Just made my return and I'm sure the woman that answered the phone made my exchange. No apology, no compensation. Wish I could post a picture of the burn on my wrist for Starbucks to see 😑
