Just left Santa Fe store and they sold me a brown strawberries and cream. Didn’t even wanna try it. Called and the manager a young female was very rude arguing that it’s they way the sent it and all Starbucks have that way. I get em all t the time and never ever. Have I got it like this even that store. I will report to corporate. She new because she hesitated giving it to me. We jumped on the highway so I fools go back.I will report the manager!!!

Why is there no clear indication that this is drive thru ONLY? Incredibly rude when I asked if could still order, as I had just dropped my car off at the shop nearby.
As a former Starbucks employee, I was really disappointed with the level of service here. We ordered a latte and a cold brew. The woman taking our order couldn't hear us at first, we repeated our order multiple times, pulled up, and one of the drinks was incorrectly made. We asked them to simply add the syrups that were missing so we could get on our way. Instead, they said they had to remake the latte - we still hadn't received the cold brew. They told us to pull around and wait while they remade the drinks. Fast forward 10 minutes, we are still empty handed. This is a drive-thru only location, so we had to pound on the back door where we were informed they had thrown our drinks out. All in all, it took 20 minutes to get 2 coffees. Worst Starbucks experience I've ever had.

this place just makes up their own hours no matter what's posted on Google or anywhere else. Always closed even though they're supposed to be open… Stop going here.

This location is horrible. They mess up literally every order. I don't know how many times I've had to go back and get them to fix it, and they argue with me until I show them the order (I use the app) and then show them the sticker on the drink showing their mess up. It's been more than 8 times. I hate that this place is the closest one to me. I've started waiting until I'm heading to work during the week to get my drink at a location right by my job, but it sux on weekends because this is the only one by my house. I mean, COME ON. How many times do you have to remake orders before you finally start paying attention and getting them right??? If it's not possible, hire new people. I've never had this problem anywhere else but here.

This is the most consistent location that I’ve visited, the drive-through set up is idiotic, but can’t knock the stuff for engineers who over engineer things. Sydney is absolutely the best always puts a smile on your face and always kind/easy to work with. Some of the Window attendance try to chat, which would be fine but when it’s cold outside, I like to roll my window up. Still the regular early morning crew here is pretty awesome!

Quite possibly my favorite Starbucks ever. It has such a cute little drive-thru. I love how nice the staff is and how close it is to work. It’s even easier to get in and out if people just use the app to order ahead. And to everyone else I pose this: your character as a person is really tested by how you treat customer service workers. They’re on their feet all day. Show some professionalism.

Ordered a blonde roast which I have had many times before. Drove off and quickly determined what I received was a watered down coffee. They must have simply added hot water to one of their darker roasts in a failed effort to turn it into a blonde roast. Had to drive all the way back and they swapped it out with no question but it was pretty annoying that they tried to pull a fast one on me.

Their profile says done in, it is not dine in! They will not serve you if you aren’t in a car. They should edit the service offerings so people don’t walk 20 minutes to get turned away.
I've been to this store countless times and continue to receive the wrong size ordered drink, at least this time they didn't argue with me, I literally order the same thing every time so I have the exact change.

This is a drive through only location. It can get backed up into the street during the typical morning rush. The staff is always quick and friendly!
