Great looking place, but it ends there, they have one single person working the morning rush, and zero sense of urgency, it takes 20 minutes for 3 customers, the employees are doing the absolute minimum, I will go way out of my way to find coffee anywhere else

I usually stop in at the location on Leetsdale (5835) as it's right down the street from my work. I love this location along with the one right by my house off Quincy and Picadilly. Both of these locations are always clean, friendly, and fast. This morning the drive thru at my usual spot was really backed up so I decided to hit the Starbucks inside the King Soopers down the street.

When I walked in I wasn't greeted, the cashier took my order, and didn't ask for my name. I said thank you and got no response. I was the only person in the store, outside of the security guards talking in a corner, so it didn't take long to make my order. The barista set the cup down once it was finished, didn't say anything to me just stared. The cup had nothing on it however I figured it was mine and picked it up. I smiled and said thank you and again got no response. The barista just stared for a moment and then turned to do something else.

It was definitely not the customer service I am used to from a Starbucks location. Very cold and impersonal. I won't be going to this location again. I'll stick with the two locations I know and the great customer service they provide.

Large store Starbucks with the usual coffees and snacks in the front right of the store. Worth a stop if you need a coffee and you're already shopping here.

So I came to this starbucks this morning and bought almost $30 worth of breakfast this morning. I come back on the way home and want a water a pup cup and now they want me to buy something again in order to get water... are we greedy or are we greedy??!

Very rude employee... Said they were only serving drop coffee so I bought some with a 20.00 and it gave me two dollars back ... To which I said I gave you 20.00 dollars .. the employee (it) didn't even look or check to see what bill I actually gave them ... Clearly taking life out on people...very immature...then gave me 15.03 which was still a wrong amount of change ... Needs to be fired.

Tried to order off the app, but the app wasn't working so went in and ordered in person. The working behind the counter didn't know how to make 2 out of the 4 drinks in my order. There is another Starbucks a mile or so down the road, I recommend going there instead.

Overpriced and getting less “attractive “ by the day. I used to go to Starbucks almost daily but now it’s rare if I go once a month. They’ve done everything they can to drive customers away from raising prices to making their “rewards” program a joke.
