Tried to order off the app, but the app wasn't working so went in and ordered in person. The working behind the counter didn't know how to make 2 out of the 4 drinks in my order. There is another Starbucks a mile or so down the road, I recommend going there instead.

Moves slow when there are a lot of people waiting. Doesn't do orders in order. Never greats customers and they look like they rolled out of bed and unpresentable.

There was a gal working this morning and I ordered about 13$ worth of cold items. I tried to order a cream cheese Danish(which is cold) warmed up. She refused. This has never happened to me before using my ebt card at king soopers.

The point of sale system crashed and took about 15 minutes to return to functionality causing a substantial line to build.They also have a limited menu compared to other locations neglecting to carry the Nitro coffee products.Staff was very friendly and apologetic for the situation that was out of their control.
