The young lady with the cornrows is so unhappy that it's reflecting in her customer service skills, which are severely suffering. It appeared that she hated her job. She doesn't know all the menu options and kept repeating another menu option that I wasn't asking for. She wears an apple earbud in her left ear, so you have to speak loudly for her to hear over whatever she has playing through her earbud. I didn't order because they aren't fully stocked in all of the menu options. I won't return to this Starbucks. The line was super long because she was the only one working, so I waited in line for nothing.

The manager j is always pleasant and polite, along with maybe two other baristas. However, the other employees at work there act like they're the gatekeepers at some fancy club and always turn their nose at the customers. The manager is always polite. He knows me by name and I appreciate the effort He puts in to run that Starbucks. But the rest their work except for 2 are rude.

I arrived at Starbucks this morning to have morning coffee. They are closed and Manager Jay was completely rude. I asked what time they were opening he answered he does not have a idea. It is 8a.m. and I was going to ask what time he thinks they will open. Before I could do that he yells out can I help you. I said yes was wondering if you might have a time you will open. He said no. Very unprofessional for sure this is not are fault his people did not show up and he has to do his job. Guess we will find another place to have Friday coffee.

At all Starbucks the food has become much worse over the years and the company supports politics that I cannot, so I'm not going to any Starbucks anymore.

By far the best customer service I’ve had anywhere in a long time. I ordered a pumpkin cold brew something something 🤣 and I did NOT like it. Why!? Just not my jam I guess. Alex made me another drink free of charge and was the kindest gentleman. I always hate to request something new and offered to pay, but he wouldn’t hear of it! He’s efficient, kind, and whatever you are paying him give him a raise!
