First time to this location since I just moved in the neighborhood recently. Zack (Zach,Zac?) was so friendly and had a smile plus a great attitude-- DESPITE the cesspool of kids in here being so loud I couldn't think. I've worked in the food industry and I couldn't have been as calm as the team was. Thanks Z, and starbys

I’ve lived in the Lowry neighborhood for the last three years. We recently moved north to Westminster and had to say goodbye to our local Starbucks. Going to this Starbucks every Sunday before a walk in the nearby parks and neighborhoods was a routine treat because of the kind folks and great iced chai tea latte. Thank you for three great years here at Lowry! ☕️💚🙌🏻

If Starbucks advertises Christmas cups so I order a hot drink just to get a Christmas cup, but don't receive a Christmas cup. Why no Christmas cup? This is feels like this store does not have their poop in a group, since I've already received a Christmas cup at a different store.

The drink was good and delicious though. So there's that.

I did a mobile order, saw that my beverage did not have whipped cream but I did ensure that it stated it on the app ( perhaps it’s an app issue)
I let the individual behind the counter know that I would indeed like whipped cream, they kindly did attempt to take the lid off, but then spilled a decent amount of the drink
And then left it spilled on the counter. Most likely thinking about remaking or something else.
However with the lessened amount of the beverage another member just topped off the drink with whipped cream
And I left with less of the drink and most of it in the counter. Then, the second member was about to ring me up as if I did not pay. I’m glad they asked but I will say that it was not the best experience that I’ve had. I typically stick to one Starbucks but I was in a different area.
The service was technically good but I feel the situation should have been handled differently. I do not like to waste, but I was at a new Starbucks just yesterday and the member recognized a mistake they made and they remade my entire order to ensure I was happy with my order.

Angel is the most amazing barista! So kind, so sweet and just awesome! Of course we have our normal coffee orders from Starbucks, but today we were feeling a little adventurous! Angel took time with us to answer questions, give opinions and samples and was so fun & kind. Best person & place!!
