Never will I order from here again! Horrible, coffee is always burnt can never make drinks correctly decided to give it a try again since I was at grocery store again horrible drink wasn’t even mixed together they remade still bad didn’t fill my cup all the way up. Lady told me upside down means this n that. I explained I order at other Starbucks n has never been an issue. Coffee was burnt n will have to go to original store by me to remake like usual. Wish I had took a picture of the first one n how nothing was mixed together but layered up on top of one another

I walked in, ordered a pumpkin cream latte with oat milk, something another location had no trouble making and the cashier kept going on about how it wouldn't have cream and it would taste different without cream. I told her that was ok and that I'd had it before but she kept going on about it so instead I ordered a chai tea latte with oat milk and 3 shots of pumpkin. My drink came out half full and when I asked about it they told me they could put more ice or milk in it. I told them I had never had this issue ordering a chai latte and it took several minutes for them to remake it the correct size. The barista was acting so confused and I don't understand how a drink I've ordered so many times at so many Starbucks was such an issue here. From the cashier who gave me a hard time even though I told her I had ordered the drink before and knew what to expect to them making a drink that's half full and telling me my options were more milk or ice. This was so difficult to get my drink and I actually asked for a refund and only after that did they make my drink correctly. I hate to have to complain but I don't understand why this entire process was so difficult.

Had an awesome experience this morning with a batista named Angel ?. She was super pleasant and definitely has awesome customer service energy. She deserves a raise for how she treats her patrons! ? ??????If you're a manager reading this, She is the type of person that you want to fill any company team with!

Really unhappy with the service I received today. I have been coming to this Starbucks location for years and today they accidentally made my latte caffeinated instead of decaf. I politely asked the young teenaged barista behind the counter if she could remake it. She made me feel like like it was my fault it was made incorrectly, and then reprimanded me for assuming I was going to throw my plastic cup in the trash and not recycle it. I nicely asked her if she was having a bad day and that I wasn’t meaning to add more for her to do and she rolled her eyes at me. I hope they start training the young ones to have better customer service. For the manager who may be reading this, she was a young petite barista with curly hair and nose ring.

Of all the Starbucks in the Denver metro area, the Lowry Starbucks is by far our favorite. Their attention to detail is commendable. They consistently get my drink perfect every time, and they take pride in providing excellent service.What sets this Starbucks apart, however, are the people who work there. We have gotten to know many of the baristas on a personal basis, and they always greet us warmly, asking about our day and making us feel like family. They go above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and known.It's clear that they genuinely care about their customers, and it shows in every interaction. Even though we don't tend to stay and hang out very often, we always enjoy chatting with the staff while we wait for our drinks. They are friendly, personable, and genuinely interested in getting to know their customers.

This Starbucks location is always bumpin’ with people and there usually is quite a wait if you order in person. However, online ordering is always speedy, efficient, and saves me a ton of time when I want to get in and get out. Great place for mobile ordering!Vegetarian options: The impossible breakfast sandwich is my favorite food item!
