I will not be ordering drinks from this Starbucks location again. On 9/23, I ordered a Java Chip Frappuccino with a shot of espresso, but it didn’t taste good. I asked for a refund of $10.81. Instead of issuing the refund, they remade my drink, which took another five minutes. I had to explain again that I wanted a refund, and the manager told me it would take 20 minutes.
